Aside from the fact that I really like the templates, I've had several experiences with their customer service team. I'm a complete novice/newbie to wordpress in general, and they've been SO patient and helpful with small WP questions, with finding new plug-ins, and with walking through 'how to' on several set up functions. At this point, I wouldn't want to buy my templates from anyone else.
Best support ever! Sandra had so much patience and helped me with my problems. There isn't any better support on earth than the one from templatemonster. I would not buy my template elswhere. So friendly and quick i recommend it always to my friends!
