I've had Andre's tech help twice now, and both times it feels like he saved the day! No, he did more than that, he saved my SANITY! He stayed with me through about 8 different issues/questions that I presented regarding my website and helped until they were completely fixed! I cannot thank him enough!
Simon really helped point me in the right direction. I was about to buy a template that would have been much more difficult to work with. Simon answered all my questions and helped me find a template that worked for my business as well as my skill level and computer literacy... He saved me a lot of time and money!
Templatemonster website templates do NOT work. They have so many problems even after you threaten and cry and beg to repair them, they actually end up creating 2 or more problems in the site. It is a neverending nightmare with them. Then they blame the hosting company which was recommended by them. Then they blame the software, which was recommended by templatemonster. One day I am going to publish all the statements from Templatemonster and then the whole world can see the reality of the lies and cheating of templatemonster. They advertise thousands of websites, but none of them work. If they could just make 1 website work, then everybody would buy it and could spend their time adding pictures and text to the site, instead all time is spent arguing with templateonster about 1 problem after another not working. TEMPLATEMONSTER IS A NIGHTMARE MONSTER!

We are considering to buy the Kitchen template and got assisted with our questions in the pre-sales chat by Lori. She helped us great and we got all the answers to our questions. We discovered a little flaw in the theme and a ticket has been created to solve the problem. We are awaiting feedback from the supportdesk before we will decide weither we will buy the theme. So far so good
