First day back after the holidays and boom... Celine was absolutely on fire, she ripped through my 2 issues in no time and even fixed 2 further problems I didn't even realise could be fixed. They managed to fix the issue but it definitely took some time and I kept getting passed around to different tech agents when I initially had the issue (and contact support). The amount of times I had to repeat my issue to a new agent and constantly being moved around was a little frustrating.
