First off the customer service is the WORST! Each person passes off the issues to the next person and nobody takes accountability. I asked for my money back multiple times and instead of refunding me, they say "it will be a couple more days" and then it became a week. If you are going to keep my money, give me the product! But instead they kept both!

... who sell outdated products. It's impossible to adjust their websites to mobile devices... plus my account, purchase ID, all details etc... everything disappeared. Their websites do not meet today literally the basic requirements!

I wanted to buy a template which is outdated. The supporter made some really good suggestions on which other templates i could use and what technology i should use. He even tries to make it possible that i get the music from the outdated template.
