So you think you're getting every page that's on the live Demo! The live demo, as the name suggests, should give you the view of what the template will look like and what it includes... but that's not the case.
After doing a lot of research and viewing loads on live demos on their sites, I picked one template which suited my needs.
The live demo was great and I could navigate across different pages and everything looked perfect and working.
So I decided to buy the $179 template!
Spent a couple of hours going through the instructions and managed to get the template installed on my hosting site.
I then tried to navigate to other pages on the template by clicking on menu items and hyperlink just to find out that the target pages where missing from the zip file that they sent me.
I went back to them and asked about the missing pages/files, and this is what they said:

Your template comes without custom_tab. Phtml, index_video. Phtml, canvas. Html, collage. Html, framed-art. Html, painting. Html, sculptures. Html files. We are sorry for misleading

So they knew that these 7 files are not included in the template but they failed to mention this on the template's details page and made the Live Demo look fully functional. The fact that they've admitted to misleading is the cracker!
Needless to say I've been back and forth with them but they keep telling to follow the instructions to get the site looking EXACTLY like the live demo which obviously is not possible.
Won't be going back to them again
I do not know who writes these reviews but they are awful never the same information from one support person to the other, could not find my template three times in a row been trying to install a theme for 2.5 hours. They are a waste of time never again

I purchased a theme here and while I feel the site was loaded with a couple problems, customer and tech support has more than made up for the theme itself. Each individual I have dealt with has been friendly, professional and gets to the issue 'quickly' until resolution.

I got a new version of template. Which shall work with Magento 2. 1. 5. Because My first theme did worked only with Magento 2. 1. 2.
