Yes, since i paid money for a template, it means i thought it was a beautiful template. Unfortunately it came with very poor documentation and although i followed line by line what they write, i couldn't install my theme properly.
So i went to ask to their support. Kind answers to just waste my time. After more than one hour in chat, the girl (supposed to be TECH support) still told me she cannot see any template installed on my domain: she confused her own template (which was broken, wrong) with the original prestashop default template.
Finally i opened a ticket. The day after i received an email claiming they SUCCESFULLY INSTALLED the template. Unfortunately the template was NOT SUCCESSFULLY INSTALLED AT ALL.
I answered to the ticket, but they just disappeared. So i asked for a refund and until now nobody answered to me.
Frankly speaking, i purchased many templates from their competitors and nothing like this happened before. Here they just said the template was developed by third party and this is what they can do.
That's all.
100 $ wasted, the next time i give it to the poor people in Africa. At least they deserve it. TemplateMonster, NEVER MORE.
UPDATE -> well, they answered here because we are in public, put in private they disappeared again. "Please tell us more information, we will do our best! "
AHAHAHAH i gave them the ticket number, but now they disappeared again.
WELL I HAVE NO TIME TO WASTE, i have a project ready to start and i can't deal with these... unable people.
Guys, if you buy from them, just hope to be lucky. You know, they also have good reviews, so maybe somebody else has been more lucky than me. Just pray.

It was a great help having Sandy here to answer my questions. She was extremely efficient and even wen out her way to search and suggest products that would assist me. Great job:-)
The template I purchased was very nice, as well as the initial contact. Once I "PAID" and connected with my "Project Manager" Rose, it was down hill. She failed to follow my multiple emails regarding my so called "Ready-To-Go" site. She pretty much told me she was not doing six pages, which I never asked her to do. But, keep in mind, it was a Ready-To-Go site. Initially I was told that they would complete the pages per my request. Moving forward, she left all foreign language on the site and my site was published. Don't know why, but I went to check because there were many and I might add, MANY errors with this project. Oops, my site was live with a language I had no idea and pages left unmanaged.
The more I would let Rose know that my project was not correct, she would ask me to send her my request, AGAIN.! So, I would do just that and resend. Bottom line my site was never completed. I was going to pay someone else to just right the wrong of Template Monster, but thought it would be best to let them fix there mistakes. They charged me another fee to complete my READY-To-Go" site. I paid it and figured be done with it once my site was correct. The person who worked my site the second time around was great, I even wanted to tip him for his commitment to service (the offer was never excepted). Bottom line, I would not use them again. There are many other companies out there building Ready-To-Go sites and relationships who will be getting my business in the future.
The lack of communication between client and project managers minimal, sometimes making it difficult to provide quality service. It would benefit all if the project managers can be human, like asking questions from their expertise in order to fulfill the need of the client the first time. Share the errors they see, etc. I trusted Template Monster to do my site because I saw how creative and nice their site was to attract me and many others and trusted they would do right by me as a consumer.

I recently purchased a template from Template Monster (ELBRUS) and to be fair to them, the template seemed really well designed. After I purchased the template, however, these people completely disappeared on me!
I tried to change a very simple thing and after raising 7 (!) tickets with their supposedly 24/7 help desk, I got some very rude responses and my problem was not fixed. To this moment, I still cannot make my wordpress website look like the one I purchased.
When I contacted Template Monster about this they told me that this template is provide by a third party who just lists some templates with them, and so there is nothing they can do about it.
I often think people who give 1 star ratings are just nasty, but their service was just so disgraceful, there is no more appropriate grade to give.
At the moment I am trying to get a refund from paypal, as the service I got certainly is not the service they advertised, or the service I paid for.
