This is my first time using TM, and struggling with template other template company do customer service but it usually takes 1 or + day, but TM's customer service was quick and I like it. Maya helped me figure it out.

I am not tech savvy but know what I like in a webpage. However, when it comes to creating my own I was lost. The online chat gave me three great template options after a minimal description on my part. The template is adaptable enough that I can put the features from 2 different webpages in one.

Templates can really take a lot of hassle out of web design for my clients who want something cheap and cheerful and quick to deploy. I usually go for HTML sites and add them to my own CMS, it works well for me and pre-sales have always been helpful.

Nearly 3 hours on the tech chat page, 3 different operators. All i wanted was a couple of simple answers. All they could do was 'Like a robot' direct me to tutorial links. Like I haven't already been their. NOT very help full and tried to charge me extra for help after I spent money on a new theme. Very bad customer service. Not happy! Seriously buy form another provider. Ive been stung, don't fall into the trap!

I was overwhlemed pretty much 0.******* seconds after perusing template options for my website. I knew I wanted all white, black text... and didn't want to sift through thousands of templates. I immediately started a chat and was lucky enough to get Shane. Within minutes, he had three options, all of which suited my needs, and one of which was PERFECT. Thanks so much!:-)
