Their templates do not upload easily for the user... causing you to pay $49 for them to upload it for you! THEN, they create tons of user accounts on your server giving them full access to your url! They change your passwords and lock you out! Then, TemplateMonster tries to redirect your url to their hosting and inform you that you need to pay their fees! AND, they do not have a working phone number for their business... so good luck calling them! This seems criminal to me! STAY AWAY

This is first time I checked out the site and templates offered. Found one that looks like it was what I need to build a portfolio site to showcase my photography skills. Stewart in Customer support was very professional and to the point in answering my questions and offering suggestions on things that I may have not yet considered yet as I am very inexperienced in web design. Correspondence lasted less than 5 minutes, but gave me the answers I need for the time being.
