I have purchased 3 themes from TemplateMonster and all of them require special coding, access to FTP and have php issues. The themes look great but checkout the refund policy... they don't back their products and won't help you.
Having pondered for a few days I was undecided on the template I wished to purchase, Having spoken with Jj on their Live Chat system my mind was made up and I ordered what I believe to be the best template this company has ever created.
