Andrea quickly helped me with my questions. One had to be referred to the original developer. I appreciated that she didn't guess and instead will get the right answer. She also answered my question about a sandbox installation at my hosting company. She knew more than they did!

I'm big on giving credit where credit is due. I was on a chat with Eli for probably a hour and a half. He was very patient, informative and helpful. He made this process so easy for me and answer all of my questions. Though it is chat, never once did I feel like I was an inconvenience. Love the service -- will probably be using it again for other client sites. I'm hoping all the other services (Program Management and Tech Support) is as great as Template Support was. Great stuff!
