Jace who was assisting me with trying to find the right template that would work for me was extremely helpful kind and patient and was able to help me find the template that would work for me. Even after finding one and discovering it was out of my price range Jace then found another one that had almost the same features that was within my price range. 10/10 would recommend the site and 20/10 would definitely recommend Jace to assist.

I was overwhelmed by all the different templates. I chatted with Caroline and she asked me a series of questions and was able to suggest a few templates. One was exactly what I was looking for and I would never of found on my own. Now I can focus on building my site instead of being overwhelmed with terms I don't know and scrolling through endless choices of templates.
I was assisted by Caroline, who helped me select a theme that I could easily customize, rather than the HTML template that I had previously chosen. The Wordpress template I have now purchased is almost exact to the one I looked at previously, as well as being the same price. Overall, very satisfied with her help and the guidance she gave me this afternoon! She was very patient and very quick to reply with answers to my needs.
