She also answered all my questions and even when I didnt understand the answers, she had the patience to explain and walk me through the various options the company offers including pricing detail. It was a great experience altogether and I will be doing business with this company once I can decide on a WordPress template to use since I lack the technical skills for the other website templates. Im very satisfied so far!

I was interested in a theme on theme-junkie. So i asked in the livechat, if a demo-version was available.
I got the answer, that it is not possible, but that, when i buy it, i can use it as much as i want. The supporter also asked, if i needed help with the installation of the theme, if i already have experience and much more, i am very happy.
The only problem is, that the tool, wich comes with a pop-up on the website did not work. When i wanted to start a chat, the site alway reloaded, so i had to search on the site for an alternative.
I found another version of the livechat it in the helpcenter, so i finally could chat with a suporter!

Ordered template and the installation on April 2017 as I am based in the UK, they are in USA I called repeatedly, emailed, chatted online, opening numerous tickets, after being sent back & forth with no resolution I requested a refund within 14 days "money back guarantee" which they offer, all I received was load of links, which I already tried and needed assistance with, and received NO HELP, & NO REFUND still waiting Dec 2018 for a refund, they are NOW DENYING knowledge that i had an issue

It seems pretty easy to edit the site so everybody can do it i think. If not no problem they will do it for you for just a fraction of the price a professional would cost but this means only for the texts in english.
If you want a other language you will pay more.
