Was veteran customer of TM with 20+ orders, from the start of 2019 their attitude changed over support and pre-sales.No same discounts like before, they stopped respecting me as loyal customer.
They started asking for additional money, for additional premium support, to actually fix a bug on their template which was imported via their server.

As for the paid premium support plans, we offer them for those customers, who are looking for extra help with modifications going beyond basic support (i.
