I have a client who asked for assistance with their website. I know some basics so i said no problem! Needless to say they wanted some crazy functions... oh great... I had used Template Monster in the past so decided to take a look. So many options! I looked and looked and just got overwhelmed! I got on the chat and Caroline came on. I have purchased a template few months ago, and i kept chasing them for a refund since because their template is not working. They refuse to give me that refund, claiming that I have reached the delay of the refunding days, while they kept avoiding it. This website needs a serious police control, they take your money and refuse to give it back!
Usually, chat is mediocre or worse when you use it on a website, but, the person that helped me, Caroline, was a professional consultant capable of asking questions and making suggestions and had the knowledge to guide me to exactly what I was looking for. She was able to evaluate the best fit for my webmaster skills, etc. There was no "rush" to keep it moving in chat. Com account that has certain restrictions in regards to importing third-party web templates (which may include extra plugins or custom scripts etc.), which may lead to incompatibility in some cases, which is why you were offered a free hosting account from our partner Inmotion. Such hosting plan is based on regular Linux servers that fully support Wordpress, disregarding plugins or specifics of template design.
