To start at the beginning, I ordered a teespring night shirt to be delivered to a friend who has been very sick and trying with friends' help to move from her mountain home in Mountain city TN to a partial assisted living home in North Carolina near her sister.
Her birthday was June 26, I received a call from her a couple of days after her birthday asking why I sent 2 of the same shirt which was way too small and couldn't be worn by her. After several calls from Amazon where I ordered the "one" shirt, I was told I was charged for two night shirts. After several calls to both Amazon and Teespring, I was told the shirts were charge to 2 different people. My husband Charles Mohr and me, Carol Mohr on the same Discover card number.
Both Amazon and Teespring, on the phone, assured me my friend who received the shirts would receive two return labels to return both shirts. I assumed that happened and one nightshirt would be sent back to my friend in a bigger size and the other shirt would be returned with no charge to me.
Yesterday I called my friend who informed me no labels to return were ever sent to her and even worse. The movers moved her to her new home with her thinking the night shirts were going there. However, a friend separated some items that were not to be moved and in that pile of things were the 2 night shirts which she mistakenly during the move were sent to a charity. Now my friend never received the night shirt gift shirt I assumed was resent to her in the correct size and I guess you will be thinking I should pay for two items that were sent incorrectly and never really appreciated by my friend. I feel that is a lot of money for something that I feel was totally not my fault. Is there any nice answer to correct this nightmare. This was my first purchase through Amazon and I did not know they would not be the one handling the shipping. Ordered shirt on June 30 and it is now July 12 and no shirt yet. The site is great, lots of cool shirts, but the shipping sucks!

My husband is a machinist and its not easy finding shirts for him in his profession till I found teesping. I have always been satisfied with the quality of work. The printing has never faded or tore away from the shirt. I have been buying from this company for the past couple of years and will continue to do so. I always get the shirts delivered on time. Great company great products.
Really bad delivery service. Hoodie looks good fits good. But there's black fibre in the white inc. really don't think the print will last.

So first there was an issue with delivery where it set in Kentucky for 5 days before I had to run it down at a post office. Once I got the shirt I was happy to have it but the print is not what it looked like when I seen it online and it was off center of the shirt so looks tacky, I paid $30+ for a week late off center shirt that I had to go find at the post office. Really the only reason I gave this an okay is because I liked the web site, and would have given 5 stars if I got what I paid for when I paid for it.

The stickers we ordered did not have the requested border and all 200 have text cut off. Looks like crap with no border.

I have ordered several shirts from this company and I am always pleased. I can find just about anything that I'm looking for on your site and I always get a quick delivery.
Very cool website, but the material/quality of the t-shirt is poor. It's 100% cotton, and I'm pretty sure it will shrink after the first time I wash it. So, not sure how long it will hold up. Would be willing to pay more for a better quality/brand/material t-shirt. Need to have it as an option.
I have ordered several shirts from here. The quality and prints have alwsys been great. I recently ordered a shirt and found a hole in the seam of the underarm. I sent in a request and Gloria was on top of it.
Very satisfied with the fit color and softness of the t shirt!
