I've been ordering t-shirts & sweatshirts for a while now, and except for the last couple of orders, it came to me quickly and the quality was great. They lost one, and the last sweatshirt I ordered wasn't the usual quality I expect from Teespring. They smell funny when I receive them, so I washed it, and when I dried it, there is lint everywhere. This has never happened before, and the item is black. My lint-remover doesn't work, so I'll have to pick it all off with my fingers... UGH

I have ordered twice from the company. The first was in 2015 for a campaign that caught my eye as an advertisement. The quality of the shirt was excellent and the print quality was superb! Folks were asking me where I got it but I didn't remember, as it was an impulsive response. In June I finally decided to locate the source so I could give it as a gift for someone that loved it. I lucked up and was able to get on the end of a replay of the campaign. I ordered two (one for me, one for her). When it arrived, the quality of the print was inferior to my original shirt, and the size of the print on the front of the shirt was much smaller than my oriiginal.
I complained and they reprinted the shirts for me, increasing the graphic on the front of the shirts. Subsequently, I saw a new campaign for the Proverbs 30 woman, and ordered two more. While the printing process is not the same as it was in 2015, the shirts arrived and they are beautiful!
So, I thank Teespring for making me a happy customer!
The cotton is low quality.
The cut and shape is awful.
It's a tube knit body, there is no side seam and taper,
The print is slightly off centre.
The cut for the arms is too straight.
Have a look at a guality T shirt and don't waste your print process on low quality cheap garments.
People are not stupid!
I saw a fun looking shirt at teespring and figured I would get one.
When making 1 order with 2 shirts you expect things to be packed together and shipped as a single package. People at teespring like to sponsor the postal services and send them separately. Effectively doubling the costs for shipping and handling. (17 bucks each for my country). To top it off they do not take care of import taxes. (One would think that people take care of these things when you pay them 34 bucks to handle shipping...) so lets add another 19-20 bucks per shirt to the cost. Bringing the grand total to 70 bucks per item.
When I finally unpacked my overpriced shirts I found the quality of the hoodies I ordered to be fairly poor. They were rather thin. Like something you buy from a cheap discount store.
When I mailed customer services about this whole situation and suggested a refund might be in order, they pretty prettymuch told me to go F myself. (Obviously they used politically correct terms to do so but the core message doesn't really change. As it summerizes to: HOW ABOUT, NO)
Needless to say I am NEVER buying here again.

I have been purchasing product from Teespring for a few years. Their product is well made, sturdy, soft, breathable and comfortable. I have only had one incident where I was sent the wrong item. I contacted them with the issue and within a few hours they responded to me. There was no hassle, no charge for the mistake and Jaqlyne (service rep) was courteous and talked with me as if they were a neighborhood store and I was a regular. You don't find this (above and beyond) service from many people let a lone online business. You can be assured I will continue doing business with Teespring.
Haines shirts are trash made to where once and throw away. You advertise quality fabric. False advertising to my book. I would like to return the rags

By mistake, we were shipped a blank t-shirt. After much confusion about the order number (on my part) Tee Dpring got the order number and is shipping us the shirt we ordered at no extra charge. We are a lifetime customer. Thank you Tee Spring.
I found a shirt I absolutely loved on their website. It was shipped to me but never arrived. Robert in the customer service department helped me every step of the way to check where it was and then upon not finding it, ordered me another shirt for free!
I had ordered the wrong size shirt, so of course I was in panick mode. I wrote an email to the company explaining what I had done and Robert wrote back so quickly and had already fixed my issue and was super friendly about it! I couldn't have asked for anything better! Thank y'all and I'm SO excited to get my shirt! You rock!

As the title says. Their customer service is quick and helpful. You can also get real nice shirts that go to a good cause on this website. I highly recommend shipping here!
I've ordered a few things from teespring and was happy with the quality every time. I had a mix up on one order and they were super responsive and helpful with working with me to fix it. Their customer service e-mailed me with alternate options and was helpful above and beyond.
I received an order which was sized differently than I expected. I was disappointed (alright, I was actually rant-y) because the tee shirts were terrific. Teespring made everything right for me, and I couldn't have been happier. And they were quick and quite kind about it.
Purchased a shirt through a campaign on may 29th. It was then "confirmed" shipped on June 6th through their tracking system, to Canada. I still have not received the shirt, or had a response after filing multiple requests for information. They send an automated reply email, the generic "You're important to us, we'll get to you within 24hrs", and that's it. Guess my $40 t-shirt will never arrive...

While my order arrived on time and was correct, the quality of the tee shirts are so poor that they feel like cardboard upon arrival. After one wash, they no longer hold their shape. I am embarrassed to say I paid $30 a shirt for these. Feel like I have been taken advantage of. I print shirts for many events and know that they cannot be paying more than a couple of dollars per shirt for this quality of garment. Won't be doing any more business with TeeSpring.

I ordered 5 shirts, only got one. Apparently no record of my account anymore (my login and password are shown as invalid) No communication regarding the other shirts that I ordered. Additionally the ordering was difficult - I would choose a design, then size; it never went into the cart, so I added it again, suddenly there were multiple shirts of that design and size in the cart. Just checked my cart again (unable to log in, by the way!) items removed because they were out of stock. Won't recommend or reorder unless something changes.

I ordered 3 shirts, 1 adult, 2 children's. I was charged 2 shipping charges. 1 for the adult "campaign" and 1 for the children's "campaign". This was one order! Then the adult and 1 child shirt arrived separately but the 2nd child shirt did not arrive. I was told it was sent to a 3rd printing facility and would be sent separately. It never arrived. It was then reordered, and I was told it would arrive after the date of the event for which it was ordered. I asked for expedited shipping and was told this shirt was not eligible for expedited shipping. WHAT? I'm returning the 2 I received. What is the point of ordering items for an event only to not have them in time for the event? Shameful policies.
