I ordered a panda t-shirt for my 12 years old. Great quality, and printing. Fast shipping. I find it a little expensive.
The print is blurry and looks terrible. It looks like the print ran and then dried and was printed. Then was put on the shirt smeared and blurry
I had ordered a shirt and it was printed on the back instead of the front. I had wanted a shirt that people could read from the front as I am wheelchair bound. I also received two shirts instead of the just the one I had ordered. It was my fault but they still refunded my money for the extra one. Also I was told to keep the shirts and donate them. As I attend a group called "Compassionate Friends" for people who have lost children, grandchildren, etc, they were much appreciated. The person who worked with me was Ruel who was so kind and kept me apprised of the situation every day. I really enjoyed working with this person. Great employee for this company...
I ordered a t-shirt from the Sootch00 store. I received the correct design, but it was four sizes too small. On the packaging it listed the correct size, but the t-shirt was the wrong size. I contacted teespring via email, and they promptly corrected the problem. They are sending me a new shirt of the correct size and same design, at no cost, and asked me to donate the original shirt or to give it away, rather than sending it back. I was initially upset when I received the shirt, but was amazed at the customer service. I will definitely be buying from teespring again. Overall, my experience was pleasant.
I placed an order on Jun 27 and was told my estimated delivery time was no later than Jul 3 because I paid for expedited shipping. It's August 3 and I still haven't received anything. Checked my order status and it said it shipped- where did you send it to?

While I wish I could say we had a good experience with Teespring, the quality of their printing is hit and miss. Received two shipments for one order. One arrived correctly and looked great while the other larger portion of our order was sub-par quality. The logo was barely printed on the shirts so you can see the shirt through the logo. Contacted customer service and the only thing they would do is a 25% discount and if we want to order again we can get a discount on our next order. Their website says they guarantee satisfaction and quality but this is not the case. We will not be ordering from Teespring again. The shirts were for our PTA and we do not have unlimited funds to keep reprinting shirts hoping we get the product we want. Very disappointing that the quality and customer service was so bad.

I have order from this company many times. Only once did I have an issue on a printing scale. I contacted the company told thrm what was the issue, sent pictures and they fixed it right away by replacing the item. The correspondence with them was very quick and sincere. I will continue to order from Teespring in the future.

Ordered 2 T shirts and they sent 3 and billed three separate amounts and don't want to credit for the extra, they want me to pay to send back for a store credit.

Bought 2 Tee shirts which could have been in 1 package but was charged $24 for each Tee shirt. Purchased another similar sized item from the States it arrived earlier with a fraction of the freight cost

Got my shirt a day early with free shipping; the print is fantastic and high quality. I got the Bella slouchy teen in a medium which is great except for the neckline; I'll probably have to sew it myself. However, the rest of the shirt is fantastic quality. Excited to wear it!
I ordered purple size Large Rosary shirt and got a 2X black OPRAH WAS FIRED AT23 as a replacement for a 2X Rosary shirt. I would NEVER wear that to a Rosary Rally even if It fit. I am totally disappointed. I have wasted my money. If this can be straightened out, I would appreciate it. Hire some good help and stop ripping elderly people off. PLEASE!

The shirt is true to size and extremely soft and comfortable.
I love TeeSpring! The bass player tee shirts are great. The tee shirts are delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing is I wish that TeeSpring had shirts that featured different ethnic groups.
The Haynes t shirt are to thin cheaply made. Need a more premium option. Heavier better quality t shirt. Just my opinion but offer design option on front or back. Seem alot of great designs but they are only on one side or the other some on the front would be better on back and some on back would look better on front. So give option on which side we want
