Their intellectual property department does not operate by certain standards. They will terminate a project for one, but allow it for another, even though both campaigns are the same. For example, they told me I could not use the word "Tekken" in my product description, but another shirt was allowed to. I asked for clarity, but never received a response.
Also, they terminated my campaign, but after an appeal reinstated it. Then later when I relaunched the campaign, they terminated it again and did not reinstate it after I made my appeal. They NEVER communicated with me. I sent several emails asking for clarity so that I could be in compliance, but I NEVER heard anything from them. Things are way too vague on their end. They have no desire to communicate with you. Communication could have solved the whole problem, but now they've left a bad taste in my mouth. And why would you terminate a shirt that you once reinstated? The design was 100% original and did not infringe on anyone's intellectual property.
I spent lots of money on Facebook ads, and it was all wasted. They don't seem to take the sellers money and time serious enough. I have not launched another shirt with them yet.
Lastly, at times my customers never received the shirts they paid for. There was no way for them to communicate with customer service to resolve the problem. My customers were world wide. I had to come out of my pocket once to refund a customer. That shouldn't be on me, but on TeeSpring. It makes my business look bad when orders aren't fulfilled.
Probably one of the best business out there to order T-shirts from, they are reliable, responsive, and professional. I will recommend 100%
I think teespring is on of the top ranking product, they will be provide in low cost. Theirs are too creative designer doing good design.
I contacted Tee Spring twice and never got a reply. I never got my package and no one tried to help me. There's $26 I'll never get back. And I will NEVER BUY ANYTHHING FROM TEESPRING AGAIN.

I think TeeSpring is a great source to create your own t-shirts and design. The platform is easy to use. The shipping is outrageous. $4 per shirt on an order that was placed together. Also one of the shirts I ordered for myself is small on my 10 yr old. If they could bundle products so that there was a flat shipping charge I would use again. Until then I'm going back to using a local company to produce. I also reached out via email to ask about the shipping charges... never got a response.

I ordered a mug with 'end him rightly' written on the side with a graphic, the product arrived in immaculate condition with a lovely colour to it, the graphic isn't as focussed as I'd like, but for such a detailed graphic it's fine. Shipping was slightly longer than estimated, but being from a different country it's expected. All in all it's a good service with a lot of personalisation and choice.
I would like for the T-shirt to be a few inches longer and a bit softer. The shirt is a pretty color and the colors in the printing came out pretty.

I thought I'd ordered ONE T-shirt from a fundraising campaign. When the order shipped, I received EIGHT. At $20/shirt, I was upset and taken aback. I contacted Teespring customer service, first communicating with Lianne, then Ruel, who were both courteous and professional. Ruel arranged for me to ship the 7 extra shirts back and issued a $140 refund to my credit card. This is my third or fourth order from Teespring, and the first I've had an issue with. I have ordered from TeeSpring several times and have always had great experiences. My latest order ended up not going through on their end and I had to contact customer service. They were so helpful and friendly and resolved my issue quickly. I remain a loyal customer.
Inferior fabric. Too thin. Inferior printing. Jagged edges, color not completely filled in on some letters. Inferior sizing. Too small when compared to like items of same size. Cost too much for the quality.

Payouts are taking extremely long to get. They used to get you your payouts on time! Now they keep delaying and giving excuses.
They are paid right away when a customer buys our designs they should not hold our profit for a week or two just because! They need to speed up their payout times or we will be switching to Sunfrog to sell!

They keep delaying payouts. The quality of the shirt was terrible and the printing was basically an iron on. I've deleted my products and am glad I didn't invest more time in them.

TeeSpring Customer Service did reach out to me after I received so many views of my review. They actually did end up giving me a refund for the shirt I had purchased to replace the damaged shirt (thank you everyone who viewed my review for that help!). I do appreciate that! However, it took writing this review which received a lot of views before they cared. They sure didn't care the first 2 times I contacted them, so I'm not sure if that makes them a company that cares who has some bad reps or a company that just doesn't want bad publicity. Hmmm... jury's still out on that!

You find such cute shirts, you get sucked in and end up with so many you can't decide which ones to take out of your cart! That's what happened to me. So I buy 12 shirts and sweatshirts... half were for friends and family! Every screen on the site kept saying reduce shipping rates buy purchasing more. Done! 12 shirts should do the trick! WRONG! $50 later... yes $50 in shipping! Then they start arriving - individually! They are all in separate bags but all ship from the same location! I received 8 bags in one day! You can't call the company because oh, they don't dare have a phone number, so have to 'chat' with them online. The girl could have cared less. Plus, the shirt that hooked me in the first place arrived damaged - with a hole in the chest - they wouldn't even replace it! When I asked about the shipping she said it has to be from the same "campaign" to have reduced shipping. I said that needed to be more clear and she gave me a link to where it's hidden on their help page. When I mentioned the waste of shipping them individually she said they had no way of knowing what shirt goes with what order so they just ship them like that. Hmmmm... ok?! Worst customer service I've ever encountered. When I mentioned that maybe she could take my complaints to her management team to know why they lost a customer that just spent $400 with them, she disconnected. No thanks TeeSpring!

Had a great experience selecting my t-shirt on the site but the tracking service through DHL was horrible, never knew where my shipment was after it was passed to the Delivery Agent (USPS). They need to follow Amazon's lead, anytime I order from them doesn't matter who ships it I have tracking from the minute it's shipped until it touches my doorstep. DUMP DHL!... use UPS, FedEx, or someone else! Will not order from this site again until they fix the shipping issues. -US Marine..."punctuality saves lives."
I purchased and adorable oversized tee and unfortunately it was a little too oversized. The return process was so easy and painless. They really do their best to make the customer happy. I will definitely order Tees from them in the future! Great quality item also.
