I spent several hours online designing tshirts and saving to drafts, when i finished up i went back to drafts to make sure there were no mistakes before selling and all my work was gone. I contacted and spoke with someone about the matter and all they said was if i didn't have proof there was nothing they could do. How do you provide proof of something done online YOU CAN'T! I saved and received confirmation on each design but all my designs were gone except for 2. The associate then asked for my info to check the account my thing is off they are able to access our accounts whose to say they are not stealing our designs?
My debit card number was promptly used to try to take $200+ from my bank account after I used teespring. Teespring was the vendor listed on the charge. They offered zero help other than multiple emails stating they are sorry my experience was unsatisfactory. My bank had to reverse the charge.

Like title says, Great quality and top notch service! To people complaining that tees are very thin and bad quality. Did you wear it? Did you wash it? IT IS TOP QUALITY and it's not 1980 that you get thick thirts that feel like sand paper. Teespring tees are soft and it's a pleasure to wear it! Rant over!

They made me wait 2 weeks and they said its because of their SYSTEM and then i cancelled this payout request
And now they are making me wait for this cancellation!

I received the wrong size shirt, so I emailed TeeSprings & included pics to verify my claim. To my surprise, I got an immediate response from Lilibeth in support center! She was kind, professional & resolved the issue within 15 min! Super happy with this company
This company has a tee shirt/hoody with just about any topic I would want. When I am looking for a tee shirt the selection is outstanding. I highly recommend this company.
Very poor customer service, no quality control and unreasonable shipping fees. Poor quality printing officers combined shipping but does not actually combine it I was charged full shipping for all 5 shirts. Contacted customer service they basically said OH WELL, that's the way it is. I will not do business again and I will tell everyone of my experience.

Once a campaign ends, production is assigned to one of our printing facilities across the United States and the EU, based on which facility best suits the needs of the design. Due to campaigns ending at different times and each design potentially shipping from different printing facilities, we are unable to offer combined shipping in this case. A 3xl in Chinese is about a medium in American. Junk t-shirt. Will hang in my closet with the rest of the on-line t-shirts. When will I ever learn.

Designed a shirt to raise some money for a charity. Nothing big or massively involved. Sold about 33 shirts, 30 more than the minimum needed for a printing.
Campaign ends, request a Paypal payout of the $98 in profit to send to the charity, nothing. No emails, customer service site for sellers has been down for over a week. Sent emails with zero response.
Lastly, some customers are receiving shirts with nice big stains all over them. They are both dishonest and incompetent. What a nice pair of abilities to put together.

I ordered an eclipse shirt & boy what a shocking let down as a first time purchaser! The quality of the screen print is blurry & definitely one of " mass production ". The appearance is one of the " 3 for $9.99" you see at touristy places.
NOT IMPRESSED & caution others.

Far too expensive and the quality isn't brillant. The hoody itself is thin & looks cheaply made. The print doesn't look like it will last long in the wash without coming off. Also expected it to be bigger, I measured my son before hand & it should be longer than it is.

When I found this shirt on the site I had to have it. I am a vet. I support all of our deployed men and women in our armed forces. This was the one to have. A Vivid red R.E.D.on the front and the awesome flag exploding from underneath. I went to the website and chose the dark gray. When I received the t-shirt in the mail (fast delivery by the way!) I opened the package and unfolded the shirt. I was disappointed. The vivid red that I thought I was purchasing was a dull burnt orange. Then I was sent a online review of my purchase. The field to fill in comments didn't leave enough room. I guess they don't really care when they mess up. I like the shirt overall but I am very disappointed in the quality control of the actual prints.
