Only got ten percent of my total order and they had the nerve to say it was PayPal's fault. Funny, all my other transactions on PayPal go without a hitch. I do not recommend this company to by t-shirts from, busted tees is much better.

I recently ordered two T-shirts with my company logo on them. One of the T-shirts printed on a ladies tank top came out wonderful. However a men's large V-neck T-shirt with the same design logo was printed very small along the chest printing area. Either the pictures are misleading on how big a logo can be (in pictures and the web designer), or Teespring printing people just messed up and didn't expand my logo enough. On the web designer tool online I made sure to put my logo to the limits of the printing area and I still have a logo with around 6 inches of blank space on both sides. So I'm not too thrilled about my T-shirt but the other one like I said was perfect.

I ordered a couple shirts and after almost 2 months of not receiving it, I contacted customer service and Lilibeth and the team responded immediately. They did research on their end and was able to provide me an update on delivery of my order. Although I didn't receive it when we set a deadline, they were quick to give me a full refund. After receiving the refund, I finally got my order in the mail and informed Lilibeth to process payment again. Instead, they said it wasn't necessary due to the inconvenience. They truly valued me as a customer! I will order from them again. I did offer advice on shipping to Guam for future orders so it can be received in a more timely manner.

It's been more than 2 weeks and I still haven't received my payout. US$$321.24 of which I requested a payout 17 days ago. The only explanation I get doesn't make sense and after asking them to review it, days ago, still now answer. I get the feeling they don't have the cash flow... Don't waste your time, money and energy trying to sell on Teespring.

Luvd the design but the quality of the tee itself could be better. It won't last for years like most of my tees. Wash n dry very carefully always but not impressed after the 1st wash.

The product was larger than I thought. The customer agent Mark was courteous and quick to reply about return. I was surprised that a new one with smaller size will be given without returning the old one. Very impressed
Tshirts are of good quality but the prices could be lower. I like the variety of choices that there are in many different categories.

The service from the Teespring agents is excellent and quick. Any queries I've had with any of my orders were addressed timeously.
The international shipment options however are extremely limited. There should be a DHL or similar shipping option to allow tracking in country as well. Some of my orders have taken over 4 months to deliver and I still haven't received them.

I emailed on a Sunday night with a question about my order, and within 20 minutes I had an answer that was more helpful than I could have hoped for! The customer service rep took care of my issue right away, and she was just as responsive when I sent her multiple replies with questions. Great customer service!
Delivery was slower than I'm used to, but acceptable.
My issue was the fit of the RIDICULOUSLY ENORMOUS neck hole in my 2xl T-shirt.
The rest of the shirt fits as expected, but the neck opening is so HUGE that the shirt looks terrible. Is there some rule that men with broad shoulders must have a head the size of a beach ball?
Can't wear it.
This shirt will likely be worn as beat-around-the-house shirt a few times before I just throw it into the fire pit.

However first order was lost, they were so kind when I contacted support team and gave me oportunity to choose another t-shirt which was send immediately and everything was so fast and easy and friendly!
The big question in the email I received inviting me to take this survey asked "Did you get it fast?" The short answer is "NO!" DHL is the worst! Three packages were "tendered" to USPS just a few hours shy of 6 days ago and still USPS does not even have them in their tracking system which leads me to believe USPS never really got them. I ordered items after these 3 packages that I already received! Where are my 3 missing orders?!
