I was very happy with the product. The size guide was perfect. Without the size guide I would have ordered the shirt too large. I needed it as a gift and paid for express shipping and received it in plenty of time.

We ordered a Jake Paul Hoodie four our son for his birthday. We received the package yesterday. The hoodie smelt like a very toxic chemical and the paint was already flaking off. Put it in cold water and almost all th e paint dissolved off. Worst quality EVER. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

It's been over a week since the promised date of delivery and I've heard no news about the delivery whatsoever. I spent quite a lot on a jacket and all I got was disappointment.

I placed my order the end of July, paid them, the beginning of September I contacted them and told them I had not received my order they told me I didn't have an order... I sent them copies of my receipt and they said they had no record of my order but would fill it any way... a month later my order showed up VERY POOR QUALITY. I asked for my money back they denied it. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS!

I have 5 different shirts with different sayings... first one I received is about 3-4 years old... still wearing it... so they hold up good!
Product looks great online, but is very cheaply made. Ink doesn't even go to the edge. Over-priced for what you get. Hope it lasts a couple of years.

I have ordered many items from TeeSpring and have been satisfied with everyone so far. I even ordered the wrong size on my very first order and they were awesome, took the hoodie back and reprinted me the size I needed. Will continue to shop on this site :)
I chatted with a person online and was told I could position the lettering and design above it any way I wanted. What she didn't tell me was that the top of the design would be cut off! This shirt was a lower neckline and I wanted the design to sit right below the neckline on my chest. It was ruined because they cut off the top of the design. The material is too thin and was much smaller than the roomy look on the model. I even ordered a size larger to make sure it was roomy enough but it was not. I would have to go up two sizes and It still would not look like it did on the model. Very disappointed. Hoping I can stretch it while damp and hang on a rack to dry.

I ordered a sweatshirt from this company but was sadly sent the wrong one. After sending an email their customer support team sent back a speedy response and have sorted the issue within a matter of hours. I really couldn't fault them at all thanks to a lady named Jennefer
