I was expecting my order 2 weeks after ordering it (fairly reasonable), but it never showed up during my expected period. About 2 weeks after the promised ship date I got an email saying my order had shipped... but the tracking doesn't work/says the item is still at the original location. A month later and I'm still waiting on my shirt to be delivered. I'm really excited to support a great cause (SheLift), but honestly my experience with this company has not been great.
I am having a t-shirt quilt made for my daughter for her birthday and there were a few things I could not find on shirts that I really wanted on there. TeeSpring took care of that issue and the shirts look GREAT!
No phone number to contact them, everything done through email. Requested payout in June and I still can't get it! Teespring in my opinion is a scam and a waste of time!
They were super friendly and easy to deal with. My package was lost in the mail at no fault of their own and they immediately replaced the item without a hassle. Both products that were purchased are great quality and I will definitely be purchasing more from them. Thank you so much!

I was disappointed in the quality of this shirt, fabric was thin and scratchy compared to other Gildan T shirts I have purchased in the store. Overall happy with the design and service.

My shopping experience was great. Found the product I was looking for and purchased with ease. I received my purchase in less than a week.
Beware if buying from outside the US we had an extra 30% customs charges to pay on our order due to customs charges, and delivery was overdue by several days

I had a great experience with an incorrect order. I received my order incorrectly, it was not the color I ordered. Teespring was quick in their response to my concern and had a wonderful, FAST resolution for me. They did not rush me on another choice, but as soon as I made my new choice they had an excellent turn around time to have my new order placed. I have really enjoyed ordering items via Teespring.com and will continue to do so, due to their great care with my incorrect order.

*Update - In reply to Teespring's reply, My product was NOT delayed in transit. Last night I was told by Teespring, "there was a production delay from the campaign you ordered from". This news comes 10 days AFTER I was to have received my product. Poor form, Teespring. (16 Sep 12:43The campaign has ended and your order is now being printed!)
