I bought a tee shirt that was a "large." Only it wasn't. I have tried three times to get someone to respond to me to get it exchanged only to be ignored. I just want a refund now. I have bought from them in the past and it was great. Sadly they have gone down hill.
I got a I love my Grandkids to the Moon and Back T shirt and Hoodie - they are fantastic- I love them both and so do my Grandchildren! I have also had many people comment on how great they are when I am wearing either of them! What a wonderful way of being able to show the world how much my Grandkids mean to me!

I had a problem where two shirts I ordered never made it to my mail box. I contacted Teespring as well as my local US Post Office as well as the US Post Office complaint line. The Post Office contacts were worthless.
I contacted Teespring with the information from the Post Office and the young lady I was in contact solve the problem by replacing both shirts. You dont find many companies like Teespring who believe in customer care.
There is such a variety of unique tees. I had a minor problem and they solved it immediately. Thanks TeeSpring for the quick feedback.

I ordered a shirt that a favorite YouTube creator made. It was supposed to take about a week to get the shirt and at about week 3 I reached out to TeeSpring and asked for a refund. They refused and offered a Store credit.
The shirt finally arrived and the quality of the screen printing is horrible. I am a screen printer and would never allow something like this to leave my shop.
If you are looking for a quality screen printed shirt I would go elsewhere.
Now I have a crappy shirt and a Store credit to get another crappy one. I am just going to give my credit card company a call and pursue a chargeback reversal.

This is the worst company! The womens t-shirts I ordered were all way too small. One of the shirts came in with no design on the front. I needed these shirts for an event and now we are short one. When I emailed about the problem they said they could send another shirt, but not guarantee I would have it by the event date. What good does that do me? I want a refund!

Guys really need to improve the quality of their products, my shirt came almost yellow instead of white, the quality of the material is very poor, I expected something better at least as seen in the photos.

The site is easy to navigate through, but when you say you have 10% or more off on a purchase I dont see much of the difference. The shipping cost pretty much just took over my percentage off. Its expensive to order from this site. Yea the designs are cool and I have ordered plenty of shirts and even a phone case. But I have found other funny designs elsewhere that are much less $ and for free shipping. Something that this site might want to consider.
