I have been ordering from Teespring for several years. I have been very satisfied with my purchases from them and the one time I had a print issue on a tee, resolution was made in a timely and professional manner.
Hmmmm not as described! A pathetic little sticker arrived... nothing like the illustration! Hardly shows on our RV... nothing like the size pictured in advert! Disgraceful!
Became very expensive as had to pay Customs charges, another £11 to get the package released, not happy.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before wasting time and money on this website. It's been a month since the campaign ended and I still have not received all of the products that I ordered and paid for. The shirts are poor quality, mismatched, arrived in different packages and the overall quality of the image was poor (this was not indicated like they do on Vist Print or other online print services that I've used. Just pay a little more and use a different service Teespring is the worst.

The company refused to credit my account. I eventually accepted their offer to reprint my entire order and mail it without additional charge. Keep in mind, my order had never arrived and I had paid for it plus their high shipping costs in full months earlier. They said when the original order which was stuck in shipping status arrived, I could keep it for the trouble. I agreed. However it (the original) never arrived. It is still stuck in shipping status. So I got no added benefit for my months of troubles. I asked for my money back 3 times. Their offer to reprint my full order was also bogus. They only reprinted one of the two items, the coffee mug. They never game me a second shirt that I thought they were going to reprint. Why would they not be clear? The customer service lady acted as though she was doing me some big huge favor by reprinting both items. I never wouldve agreed to this deal if she had been upfront that they were going to spend another week or two to print a coffee mug I never got and then ship it. Thats what I paid them to do months before. So if you enjoy begging and pleading a company for a refund after missing 2 deadlines and refusing to give your money back and to wait months for them to make a deal to get you what you only what you ordered - as if its a favor to you - go ahead and order from them. I will not.

My order status had been stuck at shipped for weeks - since early October. The estimated delivery date when I orginally ordered it was Nov 3rd. I contacted Teespring November 15 asking for a refund because the order status had been stuck for weeks. Clearly they verified it. But they refused to refund me. They said I needed to wait 3 more weeks and get back to them. No. I think Ill dispute the charge with my bank instead. Screw them

When I ordered this there was no indication about the extra charges other than postage, However, I got a card through my door saying I needed to pick my parcel up from post office & pay £13 import tax. Also, the wording on the t-shirt was full of spelling mistakes which had nothing to do with the difference between American English & UK English would NOT recommend

I purchased 7 shirts for my co-workers and I to celebrate our national week. The shirts arrived in a timely manner but 3 of the shirts had ink spots on them that were permanent. I tried to find a phone number to let someone know of the poor quality of product that we received but was only able to find an on line site that wanted me to post pictures, etc. and it would get back to me. I didn't have the time or ambition to go through all of that so know it is just our dept joke. I will not order from this company again and I highly suggest that if it is something important that you want shirts for--don't order from here!

I received the order at the time I expected and it was exactly as described. I would order from TeaSpring again.
I ordered a shirt at the start of October. I gave it about a week after it was supposed to arrive, before submitting a ticket. I mean things happen that they cant control, I get that. When I got a response, it was brought to my attention that my shipping address was undeliverable. It was being shipped to my work, which is on a main highway. So I asked them to ship it to my home, because the shirt was being returned to their office. I still havent gotten it and its been a month now.

I ordered the black hoodie for Patriot Prayer. The printing on the back of the hoodie is quite visible but the Patriot Prayer emblem on the front of the hoodie looks cheap, you can hardly read it and I am very disappointed in it! Just wanted you to know I would NOT order from Teespring again!

My tee I purchased has become one of my favs! The weight is just perfect, as I don't like any show-through but I don't want my tee to be stiff either. Length is perfect, not too short and not too long. Fits well where it should and is looser around hips, ample area in shoulders/arms to move without binding. The color is as expected and the graphic is clear. I've washed it 3-4 times now and the graphic and fabric are still like new, no shrinkage, fading, or pilling. Love it!
Only problem i have is i ordered the wrong size and theres no way of returning them. I really like them but i dont want to have to buy two to get the right size. I Like information on how to return for right size.
