At first we had a problem because the package was missing and they were very diligent and in less than 24hrs they answer me and offer me to reorder without additional charge. After that arrived I think no more than 15 days. Love it
I got a huge kick out of the sizing chart and that tee spring was 68% confident that I would be happy with a medium. The hoodie fits great, (100% satisfied) but the experience of navigating this website it a big part of what I talk about when I recommend ordering from tee spring.The quality of the product matched their description of it. I ordered a shirt from Teespring for my wife for a trip we are taking. The size was too small. Ruel was incredibly helpful when I contacted Teespring about a replacement. She placed a rush on the order to make sure it arrived in time for our trip. I'll continue ordering from Teespring and recommend them highly.
The t shirts are nice and hoody is nice but the quality of the print is lacking. There color chart online for there blue color is far different than what shows up. What showed up is sky blue! Other than that there pretty nice.
I would not recommend buying a shirt/hoody with a print due to not being centered! I am so disappointed with this company that I will not buy any more products from them.

I bought a tank, based on the sizing chart posted to their website, about the brand of tank top I was purchasing. The sizing was laughably incorrect. Then, surprise... they don't take any returns. $40 with shipping for a cheap tank that I can't wear. If you stand by your products, then you need to accept returns. Poor business ethics.

I received 3 garments with print quality that was amazingly poor. After washing the pieces once it looks as if the printing has started washing off. The sharpness of the printing qualify is also not acceptable and the colors are sad and faded. Placement of the printing on the hooded sweatshirt was bad as well... they placed it so high that the only time you will see it is when the hood is up on my head. The SMELL of the garments when they arrived was the worst! I couldn't get them in to the washing machine quick enough! Very regretful that I purchased them... and sad that the event I am attending made this as the only option to get event apparel. I won't be wearing these pieces for sure.

We ordered hoodies for our nonprofit organization. When we got them, it looked like somebody threw up all over the hoodies. Our logo is gold, the logo teespring printed on the hoodies came back in puke green.
Going to stick with local shirt design companies from now on. At least they call you back and care if you are happy with the product. Teespring won't call any of us back on our issue.

They were very nice and were super helpful when I contacted them about having a size too large. Their chart is helpful but wasn't on the dot with what size I should have bought. They were kind enough to give me store credit so that I was able to buy the shirts I wanted in a smaller size.
Like the designs, which is why I was willing to pay more $$$. I bought 2 t-shirts and 1 hoodie. Their prices are high and I was expecting high quality.
I am very disappointed in the poor quality of the print, the color is way off from what you can see on website, and the paint made part of the fabric very stiff.
I purchased 2 jackets at $55.00 each. The first one had to be delivered to the wrong place the second one was shipped but never delivered finally after 2 years I find my account which was gone found it by accident so i tried again that i never received the second jacket after about a month I finally got it the jacket is nice the painting looks like the stencil was on the dry side I'm glad I finally got the jacket in memory of my son but it is not worth $100.00 and a two year wait think twice before ordering from them

So I ordered a T-shirt and it said the delivery date was 25. Its still says I have received my package but I have not. They even took the money from my account. Never will I order from here again.

My last order was a complete disaster. Received the wrong item and had to jump through hoops to get it replaced. Their t-shirts are very thin and the sleeves are too short more like something found in a ladies shirt. This was not my first order but I doubt I will order in the future.

It's simple - my package never came, and these guys have sent me another one. I am very happy with the customer service!
I ordered 2 tee shirts and 1 sticker. I have never received two of the items I ordered. Never got emails the items were sent along with tracking numbers. Unless these items are coming from overseas, I cannot imagine why shipping takes so long. The one tee shirt I did receive is a Hanes, but runs a little smaller. Prices and shipping charges too high for the services received, or not received.
