Nice shirts. Ordered a tee in purple and a v neck in black, both the same size. The tee fit more snugly than the v neck. Still, I like them both. Got them in a timely manner as well
It's been two weeks since the deadline for my shirt to arrive and I've got nothing so far. I can't really say much about the product, but the delivery simply doesn't exist.
Received the shirt very quickly. The design looks even better in person. Shirt fabric is very nice and is soft.
When I saw the shirt I had to get it, I was a little hesitant because it was an add from Facebook... BUT to my surprise the $#*!s was awesome! My dad loved it (it was a bit larger then I had imagined but my mom did tell me 2x so not the companys fault) lol but regardless of size was vary pleased with the whole experience and will definitely order again from this company!
I complained about size and lack of color contrast. After many emails back and forth, they finally agreed to send a replacement, but sent to wrong address, so had to resend. Seems like they mean well, but don't listen well. Shouldn't be this difficult.
They Ship through DHL very slow service. Tracking information is meh. Quality of their product are okay not great.

Poor fit
Took weeks to arrive. By the time the tee had arrived I had forgotten I had ordered it. The fit is terrible. I ordered a XS it fits like a small on the top an a medium thru the middle then gets larger they the waist. The print is also off center.

The sweater was good quality but the design came out so much lighter than the picture. Almost as if the ink was running out.
I ordered a T-shirt as a gift for my friend. Unfortunately, DHL failed to deliver the package. So, I contacted the customer service. Someone called Ruel contacted me right away and reordered that item for me after he checked the status of my package. Although it took about two months for my friend to finally receive the package, Ruel has been super patient and responsive all along. And I believe he deserves a 5-star review.
I ordered a t-shirt for my nephew. The fit was tight. I lost my confirmation email. So I emailed customer service. Not only did Ruel reply within an hour, he sent me info regarding sizing to help us get corrected size. Emails were prompt and professional. He resolved issue very quickly. Mnew shirt is on its way. I'd give them a minus for how unhelpful and they don't care if you get the item you ordered. Someday I'll see a refund or possibly a product I doubt that they don't care about customer service.

The print job on the shirt I received was very poor quality. I also did not expect that our local club name was going to be plastered all over the back of the shirt. I expected a tasteful, company logo on the front of the shirt. Total disappointment. Yes, like another reviewer stated, printing is very blurry.

Shirt is of very poor quality material that is very thin. The printing is obscure, blurry, and just seems overall to be lower than lowest bidder type quality. The shirt is also smaller than most other brands of the same size. I will not purchase from tee spring again, sadly.

I ordered my items at the beginning of January. I completely understand that I had to wait until the campaign ended, but when it came to the delivery it was completely confusing. I was given one date by the actual email confirming my order, and one on my tracking information though both were completely different. Never did I receive a shipping confirmation email, and as soon as the date approached for the estimated time of delivery, the date disappeared on the tracking number. There was no contact, no updates, no anything. I was utterly confused, and my items just randomly showed up one night, and I was too frustrated to care.

Its a shame that one of their manufacturing partners were recently bought out so no sports tees available but the general tees and hoodies especially the ones found at www.teespring.com/stores/GamersUnite are amazing designs and the rush shipping is a must. Had all mine within 36hrs of ordering.
The product I was sent (hoodie) was exactly what I order in every way possible. The size was exactly right, the product is high quality and the print is very well done. For the price of the product (which was quite cheap in all honesty) the quality is above and beyond what I expected and the delivery was excellent. I am highly satisfied and would recommend this site to anyone.

I had a problem with mis printed shirts. They told me, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Here are some more of the same shirts. I specifically told them I would rather just have my $60 dollars back for my two shirts. Apparently they decided otherwise. They told me they can't do anything about the mis printed shirts, or the fact that one of the shirts lettering was so blurry you couldn't make some words out. Doesn't sound like a company that stands by their customers. How hard is it to say. I'm sorry. We will get with the third party that designed this shirt and correct the issue. Apparently to hard.

I purchased an Oprah for President tee, and the description states quality tee. The shirt I received was nothing more than an undergarment with a faded print. The print was faded and not as bold as it shouldve been nor as it was pictured. Im very disappointed but I learned a great lesson... Never again!
