I've been using Teespring for years, and have been running campaigns with them successfully. However recently I've been having issues with fulfillment. In my last large campaign I had a non-trivial fraction of my campaign purchases give me feedback about failure to fulfill their order correctly requiring reprints. And personally I've ordered products for myself and in the last 3 campaigns there have been missing products or incorrect sizes.
I have been able to get digital reprints for the products from their customer service, but that's just not the same. And it ends up being weeks later.
The print on the tee shirts was great, exactly what I was expecting... BUT they sent the wrong size. I had ordered a 5x for my husband and on the bag it came in it was labeled a 5x, but the shirt says 4x and doesn't fit my husband that well once it was washed.

I ordered a red Killmonger hoodie in size M. The color of the hoodie was vibrant, the material soft, and the print both front and back look really good. The size of the hoodie was a little larger than expected but with that being said, I am only almost 5 feet tall and ordered the M for a loose fit, so I can't complain. Overall, I am very pleased with this hoodie.
I ordered a women's shirt and instead received a square shirt. It was shirt in length and very wide, no curves at all.

Quality, creative merchandise and phenomenal customer service! All products were as advertised. When I requested to return a shirt because I chose the wrong size, hey were accommodating and did not charge for the replacement - I donated the shirt I couldn't use and received my new shirt. Although the shirt I ordered looked great, it was very cheaply made. The first time my wife put it on the sleeve basically just came unraveled! I bought it for her as a present to wear on St. Patrick's Day but because returning it would not get me a replacement back in time for SPD, I just had to sew it up myself! I paid $30 for a shirt that was worth about $5. Total crap and I wont ever buy anything from here again!

I ordered a shirt for my fiance and it arrived the day it was supposed to and looked and fit perfect. I highly recommend purchases from this site. Excellent work!
International shipping fees werent clear until very late in the transaction, duty hadnt been included, so I had to pay an admin fee as well as the duty itself.
The print has fuzzy edges, and at least one of the mugs has scratches on the glaze. (Despite being shipped internationally, there was no bubble wrap.)

My product did not arrive, I received the tracking number but when the delivery day came the product did not arrive and when we went to follow it up at the shippping company they had no information regarding the product. Arrival date was 6th March
