I ordered a shirt for black history that had an excellent message on the front which was shown on facebook, however, the back of the shirt had print I didn't select and wasn't shown on-line. The message on the back had nothing to do with black history and was supposed to be blank. It read SHIELD-Sierra, Hotel, India, Echo, Lima, Delta. I have no idea what message they are trying to spread in the name of black history. A SCAM
The quality of this shirt is horrible and so is the printing! The printing is blurry and the shirt is not soft or comfortable.

Terribly quality printing. Lines are fuzzy and not crisp, design is crooked.
Terrible quality shirt. The shirt is so rough, I wont even use it as a rag for my car.
Dont use their fit finder... it recommended a size 2 sizes too big for me and when I tried it on, I was swimming in it.
Buyer beware... all sales are final. But they dont make this known or have a link on their site explaining this... instead youll have to dig 20 minutes to figure out youre screwed.

Easy to order, lots of choices and arrived when promised. Looks great in person. Gotta love that from a business. I will purchase another shirt again.
The print quality is lacking and what's worse, the graphics weren't even aligned properly, white borders overlapping dark borders where they shouldn't. Disappointing to say the least.

The tee shirts shrink after being washed. I would recommend that customers order a size larger than what they normally wear. The graphics were good on the shirts and very quick delivery.

My order never arrived! When I contacted teespring they told me to contact DHL and I did! And they sent me back to Teespring! Back and fourth! Never received my package or refund. Terrible experience! Stay away!

This is the second time I'm writing this and haven't received a response from my first submission. Website is poor because you can never get a live person to talk to. Wife's tee came fitting her exactly but you know the first time you wash it will be the last time she can wear it. Return policy is not clear or easy to negotiate. My wife said she finally was able to get someone who said they'd send he a return mailer label which we also never received. She finally gave up. I could also have received a similar shirt from Amazon for $5 less. A $25 tee shirt should not be causing so much aggravation.

These folks are pretty cool! I ordered a mug that's clearly labeled NOT BLOOD, and got a shipping confirmation... but no mug. A few days after the original ship date, I emailed customer service, heard back within the hour, and they sent it again with no hassle and no additional cost. Now all my employees and coworkers can rest assured that my choice of morning beverage is neither disturbing nor hazardous.
Still have not received the order, nor a refund.
Extremely unsatisfied with service and support.

I had ordered wrong size, used the sizing tool on site, it was way too big. I contacted customer service to ask how I go about exchanging it. They made the process simple as could be and sent me out a new shirt. Amazing customer service. Love tee springs
I received the product in a timely manner. I paid for express shipping to receive my hoodies in time for a trip. Unfortunately my hoodies ran small. In fact the XL and 2xl are the same sz and fit like an XL. Very dissappointed and they are not the brand I ordered either.

I set up a non-profit campaign through Teespring. We had about 10 tshirt designs. From the very beginning, their customer service was absolutely terrible. Anytime I needed help, they were short and rude. After my campaign had been live for a few weeks, they emailed me saying my entire store had been DISABLED due to copy write violations. Which is impossible because I designed all t-shirts myself. TWO MONTHS later, they finally got back to me and said "Sorry, your campaign is back up now!". Ummmm... no thanks. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I ordered the John Stockton shirt which popped up on my facebook feed, the shirt looked awesome and I bragged to all my friends about this awesome shirt I bought. When it arrived I thought it was a joke. I thought a 2 year old just put paint all over their hands and rubbed it on a plain white shirt and then they shipped it to me. It looked nothing like the picture and I just laughed it off and gave it to a friend and she asked me if my daughter made it haha and she is not even 2 years old yet. This is my first review I think I have ever written but when they asked I could not resist. If you want to feel like you are getting punked, you should buy shirts from TeeSpring.com
