I recently ordered from their website and after I confirmed my order it took me directly back to their home page, with no confirmation of my order or anything. When I emailed the support, because I was unable to find a phone number to call, the lady (Nancy) was still saying it was my fault that I hadn't received a confirmation email. I was clearly getting her emails so why in the world did I not receive a confirmation? I emailed her repeatedly, asking for some sort of statement that I could send in to my management team and she is yet to send me that. Its a crappy run business that doesn't put their customers first. All I was asking for was some sort of statement letting my management know how much my order was and what I ordered exactly... she won't provide me with this still! How hard is it to send me something with my total on it? I asked to cancel my order since no one will tell me my total, and she(Nancy) refused to cancel my order and refund us.
I have never received my order and customer service is non existent. Money has been takin out for payment awhile back. I placed my order in January.

Shirt was scratchy. Images were fuzzy. And the entire shirt just felt cheaper than the packs of white ts i get from hanes. STAY AWAY.

Do not buy from this company they are the worst I brought a hoodie and the paint was faded off and the hoodie was a cheap material then I emailed them 7 different times and no one responded back to me do not waste your hard earned money on this company.

Ordered white hoodie as part of a fund raiser for maternal near miss survivors. It arrived with white writing, not orange as expected. Customer service response was... I received what I ordered, but that they would replace the white item with an orange one. So the white writing would show up. I guess.

I ordered a sweatshirt and what came looks nothing like what they advertise. It came faded, too low on the shirt with a mark across it. I requested a refund, sent them a photo of the shirt and all I get is a reply saying be patient we are reprocessing. I don't want the product! Awful experience

Ordered a shirt on 2/20/2019, paid for a quicker delivery, and still have not received my shirt. I have emailed this company 5 times in the past 2 weeks with NO answer back. My shirt still says in printing when the original paper says it would be delivered by 2/26... Still not received it and its a St Patricks Day shirt that I need for next weekend. I will NEVER order from this place nor recommend it to anyone... and now when I try to use their tracker it tells me my order number can not be found... The BBB will be hearing from me also! Thanks For Nothing but a waste of my money!

These people had an advertisement saying if you order today which was 2/5/19 you will have order by Valentine's Day. I placed the order and it was stuck on printing for so long. I contacted their customer service via email and they told me once it is sent to printing it can not be cancelled. So I asked had it been printing for over a week cause that's where it stood. I figured they were drawing on it by hand. They advised me that I would have it no later than the 21st of February. I have checked the finally updated tracking and it shows I will have it by the 23rd. So a $50 sweater takes 18 days to receive? Ridiculous and this company is very unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I could not recommend this company more. I bought a Lucas the spider plushie and once it came, the voice box didn't work so without question they sent me a replacement and allowed me to keep the original as well. The replacement came with a working voice box.
They bait you with this lie that your storefront could be featured on Etsy or Amazon... yeah, right! There's NO PHONE NUMBER OR LIVE CHAT FOR SUPPORT! I logged out of my account and searched for my products as a guest and it kept turning up "NO RESULTS FOUND"! I mean I typed in my exact product titles, my exact storefront name and everything and I see that if someone searches for my products or my storefront THEY WILL NOT FIND ME! I did get some interest on a particular hoodie that I designed, that I had to PURCHASE MYSELF for people to see and ask about. I send them the link to my storefront and it turns up these RIDICULOUS PRICES THAT I DID NOT SET MYSELF! I'm in a panic, trying to discover how to change the pricing before my friends lose interest but there's NO LIVE CHAT AND NO PHONE NUMBER! SO I HAD TO LEAVE MY QUESTION IN THE CONTACT US PAGE AND WAIT UP TO 24 HOURS TO HOPEFULLY HEAR FROM SOMEONE, WHICH IN THE PAST HAS BEEN A GEREATED OR AUTOMATIC RESPONSE, NOT TOTALLY RELEVANT TO WHAT I NEED TO KNOW, AND I HAVE NO WAY TO CLARIFY MY QUESTION OR ASK FURTHER QUESTIONS EXCEPT TO EMAIL BACK, WAIT 24 HOURS FOR ANOTHER REPLY, ETC., ETC.,, ETC!
