I made on order to get 6 shirts but chose the wrong size - my fault -, so I asked a size exhange: they've sent me 6 new items without claiming back the wrong sized ones, encouraging me to donate or reuse them. Great customer service, great supply. And great t-shirts too.
Very happy customer- the t'ahirt was a little bit smaller than I expected but they responded quickly to my request for an exchange and are sending a replacement out without me having to return the original. Great design and good quality.
Ordered a t-shirt from TeePublic. The quality of the material was really good, I was surprised because you never can tell from a picture. I love the design and it was definitely value for money.
They shipped the order very quickly, though it arrived after the 15-25 day window I was given, however this was not their fault but UPS as they were the ones delivering. I did email their customer service anyway as UPS were being funny with me about my package, and they were lovely. They responded within 2 days which given the current situation I would say is pretty good, and even offered to send out a new t-shirt, completely free of charge. Luckily my t-shirt arrived a day later.
Overall, I would buy from them again and recommend others do the same.
I ordered a 5t shirt for my daughter. The company shipped me a 2t and there's no way to get a response from a human. For $23, I expect my order to be right.
This company is terrible. They said they sent out my item. I called the post office (locally) and they stated they do not have any shipment with that tracking number on it. TeePublic has my money. I tried to email them, they stated would take 7 to 14 days to get back with me. Yet, I have read other reviews that people have emailed them several times and no response. Luckily I paid with paypal and stated that I do not have my item and I want my money back. It is truly sad that people are taking advantage of other people any time, but especially during these times. Shameful business practices. Take better care of your customers, or if you do not, you may not have any customers with all the bad reviews.
So I ordered 2 tank tops on 6/8/20 and they have still YET to be delivered. 2 tanks tops. Thats it. Now I just recieved an email saying it was JUST shipping to me on 6/25/20 and could take 10-25 buisness days.
DO NOT USE TEEPUBLIC. They have zero sympathy for their customers and aren't really the brightest bunch
What a great experience using TeePublic! The options from TV shows, movies, colleges, and more were exceptional. Their customer service was top notch too! I got an email saying because of Covid 19 it might take longer than normal to get back to me on a question I had - but not at all! I heard back right away and they made things great! Thank you for your responsiveness and your selection!
Ordered 2 tee shirts on June 10th because we are finally having a Granddaughter. One says it has shipped the other one says it should be here july 15th. To late for me. My Granddaughter will be here july 10th. I think 35 says is ridiculous for a tee shirt not to mention 6.99 each for shipping. I will Never order from this company again. Wish I had just stayed with Etsy!
I ordered an XL shirt that ran very small. I emailed customer service and they responded very quickly. They offered to send me the shirt in a larger size, per my request, and also told me I did not need to return the small one. Shipping is taking some extra time, but that is understandable during these times. I am pleased that my problem was easily resolved.
Placed order for stickers on 5/27 and still almost a month later no stickers. I've contacted customer service the only way I can, online. Received an email saying item was shipped but still not received. Very dissatisfied. I'll not use this company again. I guess I have to write this one off as learning experience.
I ordered two shirts for an anniversary gift. The shirts are great quality! I ordered a size too big and the company quickly sent me a replacement at no charge.
The Price, Quality, and Customer Service was simply perfection. I ordered shirts that were to big and TeePublic graciously started an order with no problems. I can't wait to get my new ones! The original ones I received. I absolutely loved!
I've ordered several shirts from TeePublic now and have had good experiences all around. I've found that they have a large variety of designs available, several different types of shirts to choose from, the pricing is reasonable, and when I've needed to exchange for a different size, they got back to me in a timely manner and the process was really easy. I haven't to date experienced a single mixup with my orders.
I ordered two shirts. It took a month for them to ship and they gave me the wrong tracking number. Customer service did not respond to my email asking where my package was. When the shirts arrived, one had stains and they both had a strong musty odor, like they had been stored in a basement.
I have tried to contact the customer service 3x and no response. I never received my order and they refuse to issue a refund that I have been asking for! Terrible company!
I jumped at the chance to order a beautiful artistic baseball "Lion Whisperer", teeshirt. When I recieved my order, it's even more beautiful than I realized! Thank you. Betty Pryer
I ordered a funny Tee shirt for my wife. It took about three weeks to arrive, but I received three emails about status during that time. When the Tee arrived my wife laughed at the slogan. The shirt is printed well and of decent quality. It does run small so the me3dium didn't work. Tee Public immediately agreed to exchange it for a large. The new order was processed the same day..
I ordered my T's and was given status of my order daily until it arrived, which took a week or so. No rush given the lockdown. The T's are good quality and fit really well. Sorry to hear others had a bad experience. I hope it hasn't put them off supporting independent artists. And I hope TeePublic learn lessons from all reviews and move forward with a robust change to give the customer the best experience. Come on guys we love the Tees!
I don't know why I expected a different experience than anyone else. I placed an order on June 2 and it still hasn't shipped. At this point, I don't really expect it to. My frustration is more in the fact that I have reached out more than once with no response after allowing the proper lag time as stipulated on their site. My first email was from 10 days ago and I haven't heard a thing with the exception of a system automated email telling me there will be a delay. I get it. We are in the midst of a pandemic and companies are shorthanded but to take someone's money without so much as a support person to provide updates seems borderline illegal. On the plus side, I will file a case with PayPal to ensure I get my money refunded. As a warning to anyone else weighing whether or not to patronize this site, just consider that you are most likely going to have to wait about a month with zero communications. Don't do it. It is not worth the hassle. You've been warned.
**Order Update - 7/4**
I received a shipping update on 6/26 (the day after I filed a complaint with the New York BBB - which I highly recommend you all do as well). The package apparently shipped but it has been stuck in Florida at a UPS Mail Innovation facility since 6/30. If it was supposed to be transferred to USPS, it has not been as USPS is still waiting on the package. I received one communication from TeePublic after two weeks of waiting that did nothing to address my desire for a refund but offered me a 15% off coupon towards a future purchase. Clearly I have no intention of patronizing this business ever again. As a side note, DO NOT TRUST the positive reviews you see on this site. They are most likely TeePublic employees trying to influence the site's rating of the company. For all intents and purposes, TeePublic is a scam. Buy at your own risk.

All orders placed in June shipping to US locations has a minimum of 17 day ship time, so the earliest arrival for June 2nd purchases would be June 25th. For Standard shipping, if selected at checkout would be July 7th. The expected ship time is provided during checkout and in your order confirmation email. Please note that our system is first come first serve (oldest to newest emails), so if multiple emails are sent, each one will push your ticket down with the newer ones each time resulting in much longer wait times. We promise to reply to every email we receive in the order it was received.;)

I LOVE my new tank but even more, I LOVE Teepublic! Their artistry is fresh and unique and their customer service is UNPARALLELED! Can't say enough about my experience!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
