I ordered shirts 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting for 2 to be printed and shipped. The third was sent but lost in SLC. There is no way to contact customer service, except by email. They gave me a UPS tracking number but actually shipped the product to the USPS who can't find it.
Bottom line, you can buy these shirts offshore for the same quality with less shipping time
I found the largest selection of artistic, unique t-shirts for teenagers on this site. The designs are beautifully done, although the t-shirts are fairly lightweight. Shipping is not fast; however, they are worth waiting for. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size, despite a very explicit size guide. I learned you cannot get a refund, only an exchange if the sizing is wrong. I requested an exchange, and was surprised to receive an e-mail a couple of days later telling me to keep the too-small t-shirts and donate them to someone, that the new shirts were on their way. Very impressive customer service! This kind of treatment is so rare today. Refreshing! And... my grandson loves the design!
I ordered a couple t-shirts and they came in a lot tight for an XL. Contacted customer service by email and despite warnings of a potential delayed response, they responded within a couple days and let me know that the same shirts were on the way in a larger size and I could keep the originals. Girlfriend gets pajamas and I get my shirts, win/win.
They play the shipping game. They give ups the usps number. So it looks like there is a package. When i reality there is no package. Total scam. I bet they dont answer mine. I also bet they only answered fake complaints. STAY AWAY.
I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your excellent customer service and quick response. I have MS and sometimes my brain doesn't think as it should and gets confused, but you took care of that for me, thank you again for helping me correct my mistake in ordering the wrong item for my granddaughter's 16th birthday.
I've purchased a few shirts from TeePublic randomly from ads I've seen on social media over the last couple years, but it wasn't until I was actively searching for a specific artistic style that I came across a frickin treasure trove of products at TeePublic that made me super ecstatic! There was a tank top that I HAD to have. I guess I didn't pay enough attention to their size guide (or am in denial about the added Covid weight) but when I emailed and requested to exchange for a larger size, not only did Catalin and Natalie say that they already have a new one on the way, but that I didn't even have to send back the original shirt! They asked me to donate it or give it to someone who wants it. Who does that?!? Yeah, maybe the original shirt took a little longer than I'd like to arrive, but everything is made to order, plus this global pandemic thing has kinda affected us all, ya know? Anyway, heck yeah, TeePublic!
I ordered a tee shirt for my son and it was delivered so fast! Love the quality of the product, too. Unfortunately, it was too small for him. When I contacted customer service for an exchange, they immediately ordered me a second shirt to remedy the situation. I appreciate Catalin for assisting me in such a professional way.
It took three weeks for me to get my shirts, but they look great. The cotton is soft and the screen printing looks and feels great. The women's classic relaxed fit t-shirt and the male classic t-shirts fit as I expected. However, the women's tri-blend t-shirt is very tight and fitted, which isn't for me. I requested an exchange for this one and it was fast and easy. If you like a fitted t-shirt, go with it but I suggest that you size up 2 sizes.
I ordered a T-shirt and took a chance that the size was the right one for me. When I tried it on it was too small. I figured that, as it was my own fault for ordering the wrong size, I wouldn't be entitled to an exchange. However, I contacted TeePublic and received a swift response, advising me that the correct size had been ordered for me and that there was no need to return the original. All of my communications from TeePublic have been friendly and helpful. Thank you very much.
Shirts run small even when sizing up and so do face masks. Customer service is slow and not helpful. Was not able to fix my issue. Spent almost $100 on my order. Waste of money. Don't bother.
I ordered a hoodie for my sister's Bday. It arrived on time. Great quality!
I contacted the company because I ordered the wrong size. They sent another hoodie out VERY quickly. No questions asked. I would Definitely order from TeePublic next time I'm looking for Tee's or Sweatshirts!
Shirts are great and super soft, size issue however due to my husband ordering me as a gift and replacement was easy and fast. Would order from here again!
I have been using TeePublic for a few years now for my Tee`s. They are always there when you need help or a problem arises, which is hardly ever. If there is ever a problem with your product, they will replace it with no extra charge and you keep the problematic one to do with what you wish. I usually donate mine. They use top quality material. TeePublic is Top Notch in my book I highly reccommend them.
I bought a tshirt for my dad and it arrived in a timely manner. The shirt did have a hole in the sleeve so I reached out to their customer service department to see if I could exchange the product and they were so fast and helpful. They shipped me a new shirt and were excellent. Honestly some of the best and quickest online customer service I've ever received. Thanks you guys!
I accidentally ordered the wrong case, I was buying a case as a gift and when it got here I immediately realized it was WAAAAY too small, I contacted them for an exchange and they were very prompt. Before even responding to me they had already shipped out the new case that I needed and asked me to keep the wrong case by recycling it or giving it away. I thought this was amazing of them and I most definitely recommend their services.
I ordered the wrong sizes for father's day and they sent new ones free of charge and didn't need to send the wrong ones back. Good customer service with the rep I was dealing with.
I ordered a t-shirt that was completely different from the one shown on the website when I opened the bag it came in i was so hurt i never took it out the bag it was so poor quality. And customer service wont say yes or no to a refund. A real bait and switch now i have to fight for a refund!
This team has amazing customer service! The tee shirt we ordered was too small and without any time passing at all, they sent us a new one and encouraged us to keep the one that was too small to donate. Very friendly and responsive.

I appreciate the selection and supporting independent artists, but just because you're indie doesn't mean you can't ship something in a timely manner. I don't want or expect AmazonPrime. But 19 days without a shipping confirmation is unprofessional.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
