Originally gave them 1 star because I had ordered shirts in May and hadn't heard anything. I was worried I would never get my order but it arrived today july 1st. Changing my review to 3 stars. Customer service did get back to me and they were great and I'm sure they are swamped with emails with delayed orders. 3 stars for shirt quality. They are just ok. I had ordered from tee public couple of years ago and I still have those shirts and they still look good. This order I just received, the quality is not nearly as good. The images are not as vibrant as the pictures online and the shirt themselves dont look or feel very nice. The worst offenders are the child shirts that I ordered, the material feels rough so the shirts look like old shirts after one wash and the images look a little off, like the image was stretched so the font is not as sharp. I think I would order from them again for adult shirts; if they were having a sale and definitely after covid. Stay safe everyone.
Ordered 100$ worth of shirts 1 month ago they still show as printing. Contacted customer service 2 weeks ago and they say that they cant give me a specific date but orders are shipping at a 5 business days delay. Waited 2 more weeks still nothing. Can only contact them through email and by their policy if you email them multiple times you email gets pulled down the queue each time. So it's a waiting game... and by looking at these reviews if I ever get them, they wont be good. Lesson learned wont order again. Gonna try to figure a way to get money back.
I waited almost 6 weeks to receive my order. I ordered a 2x hoodie and it was more like a extra large. I also ordered an extra large tshirt. It was more like a large and it had holes in it! I will NEVER order from this company again! Very disappointing!
I ordered some tees as a gift for my boyfriend. When we received them, they were too small. I was pretty bummed, because I know they're custom-printed shirts, so I thought I was SOL. However, I checked their exchange policy and contacted customer service, and they're sending me replacements shirts in a larger size! They were very courteous.
I bought a T-shirt for my dad for Father's Day. He loved it, but it was too small. I should have known that custom T-shirts often run a little smaller than regular T-shirts. I contacted the company about exchanging the shirt. Someone replied within 24 hours, processed the request, and told me I could keep the original. Now my dad and I will have matching (goofy) T-shirts! Great customer service... highly recommend!
Ordered four tee shirts almost TWO months ago. Company gave my shipping and 10 percent of my order back after filing a complaint with Better business bureau was when I received a response. Still now shirts supposed to be here today and they have been sent by ups to a post office in another state. Horrible customer service horrible shipping. The worst company to have ever ordered from. Their designs are top notch and they look really cool, but they do not fulfill their part of the deal. They took my money and still waiting almost two months later. DO NOT RECOMEND
Total ripoff. The masks are way too small for an adult. Also the words "3rd and whatever" are cutoff or completely missing due to the small size of the mask. These were intended as a Father's day gift for my elderly Father. They're not good enough to give to him. Disappointing garbage.
First time I bought from them the quality was not that great. The 3 shirts are bought, while good, had subpar print quality and would be ruined on the first or second wash. I gave them another chance and bought a shirt later on. Quality improved A LOT and it remained like that for all my next purchases.
What most people don't realize about this is that these are custom made shirts. You can't really get these shirts easily and there's plenty of artists out there with amazing designs. Quality is not perfect, sure, but it's pretty good now! It's been a good year or so since they bettered it and now I kinda exclusively buy shirts here.
The best part of the whole thing is that customer service is always willing to help. I've only had 2 issues (one time they sent the wrong shirt and the other was a color issue) and they fixed them for me no problem. They even told me to keep the old shirts as a gift. Hell, the one time they sent the wrong shirt was 3 days before Christmas (the shirt was a gift) and they upgraded my shipping to be able to get it just in time, which I did.
This leads me to shipping. Shipping is... Shipping. That's out of their control. I don't get why some people are complaining about their shipping? They should complain to the carrier not the shipper.
Overall it's a great place to buy shirts and they do care for your satisfaction on purchase.
Also don't mind the wrinkles on my shirts in the picture. Or do, whatever, they are shirts they get wrinky.
I've gotten a little bigger than I thought during the quarantine and the t-shirts I ordered were a bit tight on me. I contacted TeePublic and they are shipping me the next size shirts at no cost to me. Way more than I expected and the response was very quick!
As a first time customer I ordered two medium t-shirts. Unfortunately when they arrived they were too small- some brands I wear a large and some brands a medium. With minimal effort I contacted customer service and they sent me two replacement shirts in size large- no questions asked. They were friendly, courteous, quick to respond, and most importantly it required very little of my time and effort. In short, this was an efficient and effort free experience which perfectly met my needs.
I received a few TeePublic shirts as a gift but they were the wrong size. I emailed their customer service team to inquire about an exchange. Even though I received a default response that it might take some time for someone to get back to me, I received an email with options laid out the next day. I informed the rep of my new size request and was told I could keep or donate the original shirts. I really appreciate this policy and it alleviates me from having to go to the post office to return something that didn't work for me.
I've ordered a couple different t-shirts, and both were shipped timely and good quality. One of the shirts did not quite fit like I thought, and they gladly sent a new tee free of charge and told us to just keep the old one! Overall great customer service and timely responses.
I recently ordered my wife 2 shirts. When they came she was so excited because they looked awesome! I misjudged her size, so I ended up having to contact costumer service. Danny & Lavinia@
TeePublic Customer Service helped me out and corrected the mistake I made, so incredibly well, I will undoubtedly use there service again and again. It was a pleasure doing business with such a great company.
I received as a gift from my family of a sweet t-shirt from TeePublic. I loved it, but unfortunately they had ordered me one a size too small. When I called TeePublic about this, they kindly offered to send me a larger one. I was prepared to send back the first one but they said to keep it and perhaps someone else in my family could use it.
When I received the replacement one, it fit beautifully, and the quality of the cotton is great.
Many thanks to you folks at TeePublic--you are fantastic! I look forward to ordering more in the future.

I ordered my first t-shirt at TeePublic and accidentally bought three of the same t-shirt. I sent an email to request cancellation for two of the three orders. I then received an email confirmation of my request within 2-3 hours.
I then received the remaining order, which turned out to be too small. I immediately sent an email to request an exchange for a larger size. Within less than a day, I received an email that confirmed TeePublic had sent me an order with a larger size of the t-shirt. Additionally, they offered the t-shirt I already had as a "courtesy!"
Friendly customer support! Quality t-shirts! Prompt service.
I received my order but sadly I ordered the wrong size. The company generously offered that I keep the original shirt and are sending me the new size. Now that is customer service!

We ordered two tees from the website for TeePublic. One of the shirts did not fit. I requested an exchange for size. I was pleasantly surprised by a TeePublic email stating they were sending me a new shirt and that I did not need to return the original. Since we are in our 70's, we are trying to stay home as much as possible so we were relieved we did not need to make a trip to the post office.
I recently ordered from this website but had my card declined both times, yet they charged it to my bank account both times without a confirmation email.
I ordered two different Covid19 Birthday Quarantine shirts, I ordered both shirts in a Medium. When they arrived, they were very small for a Medium. I texted the company and said I would like to order them again in a size XL. Within just a couple of days i was contacted and told that two XL shirts were on the way to me and they told me that as a courtesy. I should keep the shirts that were too small, or to donate them, which i did.
I am very impressed both with the speed of the response and the professionalism that was shown to me. I will not hesitate to order from this company again..
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
