My Grand Daughter is caught up with dragons. I found a bunch of dragon T shirts at your site. I picked one out and let her look. She selected an entirely different shirt - she loves it.
Buyer Beware! Do not walk, RUN away! I've been waiting almost 2 months for a t-shirt that I could've MADE. I ordered it because I liked the style and the saying, but $#*!, I could've spun the damn cotton and made the shirt myself already. It was SUPPOSED to be here June 12,2020 and it's now July 4,2020. All I want is my damn money back. Keep your shirt! From most of the reviews I've read, it's not gonna be worth the money I paid for it anyway. Process my refund for the FULL amount PLUS shipping!
I have had an issue with my order for the past Month and a half with almost NO communication... I waited way too long for an order that was mixed quality and the shirts I had ordered myself were messed up. I had heard these guys just throw shirts in an order sometimes to fill it and send it off and that seems tonhave happened to me. I ordered a Critters shirt and another shirt and got a Tshirt about zipties? I had spent over 115 dollars on this order because I had ordered for other people too. There is no phone number for these people and if there is an issue it will take near two weeks to respond to your initial Email. And after that who knows... I have waited 3 WEEKS with no response and noone answering my questions. Hitting a brick wall everytime I try to deal with these guys. Its SO frustrating. This review might change in the future but that really depends on how they handle this for me. I had a similar issue with Tfury and they responded same day. Why can't i get the same from a company I had liked more than Tfury until THIS. Stay away until these guys can get thier $#*! strait. For YOUR own sake.
We were really excited to see old school punk band t-shirts (circle jerks, exploided, bad religion) with old school silkscreen graphics on white t-shirts. Which is exactly how they were in the 80s... now everything is printed on black t-shirts... since the corona virus had hit when I had placed my order... we knew to give a little extra time and leeway for delivery. So after a couple of weeks when we got an email to track our shipment... we were extremely excited... so as we waited. And waited... tracked and retracked... and giving a little extra time for delivery... so when the tracking info said my package was at USPS on a hold. That's when i got pissed. And after almost a week in of the tracking information saying it was still at USPS... since I live about 4 blocks from the post office... i decided to walk there and pick it up... well... they had said they have no such package or tracking number in their system. I left puzzled. But 2 days later... it was delivered by USPS. So the product was well worth the wait... but wish it wasn't so long of a wait... so it's not tee-publics fault... but USPS
I would give zero stars if I could. They don't deserve 1 star. I ordered 2 shirts, may 27th 2020, received July 3rd. Never was processed correctly so I couldn't track it. Still says processed and waiting but it came in the mail today. Customer service is terrible. I open the package and the first is the correct picture but waay too big. 2 sizes bigger than I ordered. 2nd shirt was not even the shirt I ordered and looks like it'll fit my 10 yr old. There's lines through the pictures. Very disappointed with them.

My order got lost in the mail. But I received a notice that it was delivered. By the carriers... But, it was not there. After a couple days I contacted Tee Public... they were nice and informative. And rapidly fixed my problem... Thank You for your great response
Ordered a t shirt, good quality and the print was as shown. Punctual delivery, unfortunately the fit wasn't quite right, however fast response to my request for an exchange, no quibbles, would order again and recommend confidently
I had to exchange my purchase for a larger size. The team responded to my email quickly and provided a solution right away!
When I discovered TeePublic, I liked the idea that my purchase would support independent artists.
I spent hours, no joke, choosing 7 designs. A couple of the shirts I really wanted to arrive by mid June.

The product that was delivered as as ordered. After reviewing I recognized that I had missed the sizing elements and gotten the wrong size. TeePublic was very quick in their support response and was quick with a replacement that is now on the way.
Based upon my experience, I would most certainly order from them again.
Ive ordered with tee public twice and never had a problem. The customer service is spot on as well. Prompt, and helpful with any issues. I will continue to purchase from this site. The wait times are kinda long at this point, but I dont think that has anything to do with the company. There are long delivery wait times for so many companies right now due to C19 putting a wrench into everything.
I reached out to customer service when I realized the T-shirt size I ordered was too small, once it arrived in the mail. They were prompt to reply, voluntarily order and send a larger size with no extra charge! I wasn't expecting a "free shirt to donate or give away" as they encouraged. I will order from them again now that I know my size and that this is a company geared towards earning your repeat business.
EVERY company should treat customers like teepublic does. Had an exchange issue, they helped quickly and with a better response then I expected. Recieved my 2nd shirt and the design was much nicer then I expected. I hope they stay in business along time! Have my 3rd order already in my cart. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED IN ANY WAY!
After a few emails back and forth with customer service, Stefan was able to determine that a female style shirt was sent to me instead of the male sizing I ordered. I included photos of the shirt in question, and while two other customer service representatives weren't able to resolve my problem, patience on my part resulted in a satisfactory outcome; a new shirt will be sent to me free with no shipping fees. I've received seven shirts, and only this one had sizing issues. I've been very pleased with the artwork, and I'm excited about wearing them and giving some of these shirts as gifts. Thank you, Stefan, for resolving this matter!

Was looking everywhere for a Naruto hoodie for a gift and found so many different ones on TeePublic. Unfortunately the one I ordered didn't fit. I emailed them immediately to see about an exchange and they got back to me and got a new order with the size I needed together in about an hour from when I reached out. Will definitely shop with them again!
I recently had a question about print quality and received an answer in a timely manner. I frequently make purchases from TeePublic because of the unique t-shirt designs. They make fun gifts for friends and family as well.
I ordered a face mask on May 4.2 months ago! I did receive a facemask on June 19 but it was the wrong one (I ordered an adorable monkey in a fez and I got "pitbull mom." So not even close. It took a full week of emails before they issued a replacement. And rather than expediting the replacement, as they should have, I got a shipping schedule of 10-20 days -- the same as they said for the original mask (which also was delayed on top of that). Sending the wrong mask was their error and the shipping should have been expedited. Before knowing how bad the company sucked I ordered shirts on June 9. They still haven't shipped. Never again.
Great designs on very comfortable tshirts! In my experience this is an unusual combination! First class products and first class customer service. Can't fault my experience with Teepublic. Thank you
I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I reached out to customer service for an exchange and they generously told me to keep it and they shipped me the new size. I was able to give 2 dad's "Girl Dad" t-shirts, one of the dads is 86 years old and loved it! It's customer service like this that will make me a repeat customer and tell others about it! Great job!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
