I received the wrong size T-Shirt and contacted Customer Service about it. I just needed to send some pictures, and they offered to ship me the correct size for free! No return necessary. During the time of COVID. Shipping and service understandably took a while, but it was helpful and I eventually received the correct product.
Ordered a gift early June, it's now July 8th and this package still hasn't been delivered. Correspondence with this company was a nightmare and extremely slow response. They really didn't seem to care about my disappointment at all. They offered a 15% coupon off my next order...
This review is replacing my previous one, back in August. Long story cut short, I ordered (and of course, paid for) seven, YES SEVEN, T-shirts in June. No news from Teepublic until I wrote my first review (August) stating that their customer service was truly bad and that I had no news about my order. Then, silence... Months went by... And finally I received a package over the mail on the weekend, just to realize, truly disgusted I have to say, that my package from Teepublic included JUST ONE T-SHIRT! That's right, the package Teepublic sent me included only ONE OUT OF SEVEN T-Shirts I paid for... Quality is not an issue, quantity is!
So many people complaining can´t be wrong, we have all been truly played by this unprofessional company, great idea in principle (helping independent artists, cool designs, variety of products) but a total scam in real life. Here's a couple of pics of the package I received...
Avoid it, like the plague... unless you enjoy giving your money away, and trust me, there are better ways of doing that in 2020.
I'm not even angry anymore, I'm just conned by Teepublic and terribly dissapointed... honestly, stay away from Teepublic.

I made an order and after ~2 weeks I wrote to support, that my tshirts did not arrive. Few days later they responded to me and sent another ones. 2 days passed and I received tshirts from first order. I am feeling a bit bad, since they initiated another sending of other tshirts to me.
I really like the unique style and quality of these t-shirts.
One time I had to return some items that didn't fit
And the sales rep was super helpful and polite.
I will continue doing business with this company.
I have ordered many items from TeePublic and have been happy with each purchase. Any issue that I have had (shipping) has been resolved quickly and hassle free.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size phone case on their website and didn't realize it until it came in the mail. I emailed them and asked if I could exchange it for the right size, instead they just sent me the correct size and even let me keep the other one. They were very friendly and I got quick responses, I stumbled upon this site accidentally but I will definitely continue shopping with them! Excellent customer service!
I ordered 5 items of DJ MISS JOY and I am very pleased with the quality of the products. The graphics on the t-$#*!, coffee mug, sticker, art print and face mask are of high quality. All items are beautifully made and am happy with my purchase. I will be making another purchase of items related to DJ MISS JOY for sure. I can compare the quality of t-shirts, mugs and stickers, because I have purchased tons on Ebay and directly from the Kennedy Space Center. Although the t-shirt order took a little bit longer, I was happy upon receipt. I did make contact with Jean Marie concerning the t-shirt and I did get a very quick response. Customer service is important to me. Great products and will be purchasing more soon. Mahalo!
They claim they sent out my orders, and were at the post office but they never arrived please beware I've spent over hundred dollars and I have a feeling I'm getting ripped off

I recently placed a few orders through TeePublic and I was impressed by the tracking transparency of their orders.
I have ordered in the past and have had some minor glitches. This last time, I ordered coffee mugs and they send me a second box of coffee mugs by mistake. There has been a lot of uncertainty and change during COVID, so I understand that these mistakes happen.
They were responsive on how to handle the situation and kept in touch until my complete order was delivered.
I love this site and would definitely use it again!

It takes a long time to receive your order. I also had an issue with the print being off center, but the customer service was very responsive and has issued me a new shirt without hassle. Designs are great. I ordered the standard shirt which is thin, but that is fine for the summer. We are in crazy times now, so maybe shipping is better usually, but now the wait is months.
I have ordered from TeePublic many times in the last couple years. The T Shirts are beautiful, just what I have grown to expect. The Coronovirus slowed this order down a little, but everything was delivered. This is a great company, great designs, quick service
I placed an order for a couple of face masks from an artist that I really like on May 15. Like many other reviews, it took a very long time to be made and shipped and I didn't get them until June 26th. When the package finally arrived, there was only 1 mask that I ordered and then 3 random prints that I did not. The second mask that I actually DID order, was missing. I emailed customer service, who I heard back from about a week and a half later and advised me to keep the masks sent by mistake and they are also shipping me the proper one. Mistakes happen, but it's how they are dealt with that matters, and they made it right while being friendly to a somewhat agitated complaint (I had, however, waited over a month for this package!). Masks are good quality and comfortable to wear during my 10 hour work shifts! Shipping and email responses take a long time, but in all fairness, they disclose this before placing an order and/or emailing customer service. I would recommend buying from here if you're not in a rush to receive your items.
I ordered wall art prints, and I am totally satisfied with them.
They arrived pretty quickly, despite Covid, and me living in France.

My order of a long sleeve t-shirt was to be in a certain color of blue. When it arrived it was a different shade of blue. When I emailed the company they were very apologetic and asked for a photograph which I easily sent. And they did not require me to send back the wrong colored shirt and yet sent me another in the correct color! That is great customer service! Product quality was good... the weight of the fabric was a little thinner than I had expected but it's still a great shirt. The silkscreen of the national park scene on the front is very well done. It washes up well, too!
2 t-shirts ordered 12 days ago and i am still being told they are being prepared. I live 2 hours away from New York where Teepublic is based out of. I have sent numerous emails and keep receiving automated replies. I will say they are very quick and had no problems with taking the money out of my bank account. I can not stress this enough, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Not a very good mask. It either covers the nose or the chin, not both. Not very comfortable. Would not recommend.

I was sent the wrong sized shirt and didn't realize/notice why it was so big on me for several weeks. I wasn't wearing it because it just didn't fit. I finally noticed the XXL and was able to get a new shirt that is being mailed out. TeePublic is great! Great customer service. They truly value the customer. I highly recommend them! :)
No order confirmation, no number to call, and the only replies to my two emails were to try to sell me something else. They took my money and ran.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
