I had a sizing issue so I had made a request for an exchange and was greeting promptly with a solution that was very satisfying. The interaction was simple and a solution was given to me almost instantly which was extremely appreciated. Great service overall.
I will definitely order again. I had a question about what I had ordered going on sale right after I placed my order. I got a response and a refund within 30 minutes of sending the email. I recently purchased 4 t-shirts from their site and sadly three were too big. I reached out to customer service looking to exchange my shirts for a smaller size. Thinking I was going to have to send the originals back... Samuel (and others after) promptly responded back to my email and not only exchanged my shirts for a smaller size, (+ free shipping) but also let me keep the originals free of charge! I think their customer service is beyond phenomenal and I am super impressed with the quality of their shirts. I see a lot of negative comments regarding shipping. Guys, it says right on the site, due to Covid, shipping will be a little crazy. Highly recommended for anyone looking to purchase any of their products!
I ordered a hoodie and the print looks nothing like the picture. It is extremely faded and you can barely make out the details. And it was 60 dollars. Not worth it.
I recently ordered a mask fromTeePublic. When it arrived and I attempted to but open the packaging, I accidentally cut one of the ear straps as there was no way of knowing where it was located within the packaging. As soon as I noticed them of the problem they IMMEDIATELY replied asking me to send them a picture of the damage so they could take care of the issue. As soon as I did that they emailed me saying they were sending me a new mask. One couldn't ask for better customer service or product support from a company! They have a devoted customer!
I recently had an issue with an order that I placed where I needed to exchange the items for a smaller size. Lulia@ TeePublic, resolved the issue in such a way that will guarantee that I am a return customer!

I ordered (first time) from TeePublic. Some items were on sale. When I placed the order it came back with an error telling me it could not complete. It asked to take a screenshot of my order and ask for help. I did. I was asked to re-submit my order. When I id next morning the prices changed to a higher price. I advised customer service of the issue arguing that the order was placed the day the sale was in effect and that it was not due to my fault that it did not complete as that was an error on their website. Within hours I received a response that they would honor the sale price. As the order completed with the new higher price I was promised a refund for the difference. My credit card was credited back within 2 days. Absolutely amazing customer service. I also received at least five emails from the service team keeping me informed and thanking me for my business. Truly exceeding all expectations in a world where customer service is dying everywhere. Keep up this inspiring standard, TeePublic!
Received my shirts quickly and they were better than expected. I opted for the Tri-blend and the quality is great! Ordering up a size from your usual is definitely the way to go. I ordered 4 different shirts and accidentally got one of them too small. Sent an email and got a very quick response that they would send the next size up, free of charge, and told me to keep the original and donate it!
I had an issue with poor workmanship on a Michael Myers facemask. Stitching on the mask covered up half of the words on the mask. I contacted TeePublic and they responded within 48 hrs and had already contacted the artist an ordered a replacement mask for me. They took care of shipping and I had a perfect facemask replacement within 10 days (even with the SLOW USPS issues in our state!

I ordered 2 white t-shirts on TeePublic. They both totally satisfied me! Very good printing quality. (I cannot say anything about prints on dark colour t-shirts just because I haven't purchased any yet)
Also, I had an issue on the check-out page, which was making me paying more, probably for some error. The customer care team totally took care of it, helping me step by step with my issue and making me paying the right amount of money. Thank you guys!
I ordered a Yellowstone t shirt in size xl but was sent a 2xl. I emailed the company & within 2 days I received a return e mail. I do not have a iPhone so Jon said he would send me another in xl. He wanted e to take a picture. I received new shirt on xl within 1 week.he said I could donate the other. What great customer service! The shirt itself is soft & of very good quality. I will order again from them!
First time purchasing from TeePublic. I accidentally duplicated my order, but, was too late to cancel. They credited my card, and allowed me to keep the extra shirts, which i donated. As if that weren't good enough, one of the shirts was too small, so they sent me a larger size at no charge! Best customer service ever, and great shirts. Thanks fran and the staff.
Great quality t-shirts and love the variety they have. The stickers and masks were very cute and cool. Customer service communicated with me well. Will purchase again.
I don't understand how or why there are negative reviews. The shirts come in beautifully and, if washed correctly, always come out fine. Two shirts got messed up, and it must've been my fault, but regardless Teepublic still sent me two replacements because they're straight up amazing. This is a real review, and I feel embarrassed and stupid I have to state that, but I'm skeptical of the fake bad reviews here and a lack of genuine, appraising reviews. Please buy from this website! They are incredible and deserve so much!
Edit: Should also note that customer support replied within 10 minutes at 11:00PM and replied again at 2:00AM, which is insane. If that already isn't commendable, I don't know what is.

I've ordered from TeePublic a few times in the past and have always been satisfied. A couple weeks ago I decided to order a couple more t-shirts during a sale they were running. Both shirts I ordered were Men's Large Classic shirts. However, when I received my order, one of them was a classic tee, and the other one was a v-neck. I immediately contacted customer service, and they were very quick to respond. They informed me that they were correcting my order and they'd send out a correct item immediately. They even told me I could keep the shirt that was wrong and didn't have to send it back. Several days later I got the corrected shirt. This time it was the classic tee, but it ran really, really small! I checked the tag and it was, in fact, a Large, but when I measured it, it was closer to a Small size. I contacted them again, and they immediately responded, apologized, and told me that they would relay the issue and have another shirt sent out again, this time from a different distributor. Again, they told me I could keep the incorrect shirt and didn't have to send it back! A few days later I received my new shirt. It was perfect this time. The size was right, the style was right, and it fit perfectly! I'm very happy that they were so quick to respond and that they were willing to work with me until the problem was resolved. I was also happy that they let me keep the shirts that were wrong without having to send them back. This saved me some hassle and let me give those shirts to people that could appreciate them also. I am very pleased with the service I received, and will continue to be a customer as long as they keep treating their customers this way!
I bought two tee shirts and a mug, and all three items are great - quality products and a lovely treat for a Postables fan! The team kept me constantly updated on progress with my order which was great. They are pretty and really high quality, and I love the range of designs.

The customer service was great. I order a T- Shirt for my brother and there was a system error. So it looked as if I ordered two instead of one. The company was not sure if I meant to order two. So they sent me both and charged me only for one. So that if I did need both and it was not an error, I wasn't short a T-Shirt. Very proactive. I Than realized I ordered the wrong size. I emailed the company to see if I could exchange for the correct size, with no hesitation they immediately mailed a new T-shirt with the correct size. This order was a gift for my brother. So I greatly appreciate all the efforts made. Thank you so much!
I received my order within the said timeframe. The shirt I ordered was way too big. I wanted to exchange it. I emailed customer service and they couldnt have been nicer. Emailed me right back and has already sent my replacement shirt that i should be receiving soon. Thank you!
I ordered the "Produced by Deborah Hill" t-shirt, and wore it immediately after it arrived. I washed it today and already the lettering is fading away. Seriously just one wash has started to fade away the print. I have $5 shirts lasts longer than this. I just wasted $22 and I will not order from them again.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
