Ordered face masks specifically for their graphics. Website showed them fully open and viewable. Once I got them I realized that they did not completely unfold and the artwork could not be seen when I was wearing the mask. Total waste of my money. I wish I would have seen all the bad reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned.
I had to contact customer service twice about my order and they were SUPER helpful. Also I love the quality of the tshirt. I will be buying more shirts here for sure!
I have honestly never been more impressed with how fast it was for me to get a response from TeePublic's customer service. I had a bit of an issue with one of my shirts not showing up when it was delivered and I am not going to lie I was a bit upset for a moment thinking that I would never be able to reach someone in regards of my order. It didn't even take 24hrs before I heard back from someone and they informed me that the replacement had already been shipped out with a new order number attached to it. I was so impressed as well as excited since I didn't have to worry about not receiving something I had paid for. To anyone who is hesitant about ordering through them don't be because they will take care of their customers in no time no matter the problem! Let's continue to support small businesses!
There was a mistake made by USPS when delivering my package. They never delivered it even though the status stated delivered. Messaged customer support and they were very quick to resolve the issue. Couldn't be happier with my experience and will definitely be purchasing from them again!
My ordered was lost in shipment and as soon a s I advised TeePublic another tee was immediately mailed out. The service was second to none.
I waited for this mask and I received a piece of trash. The colors are horrible and it was not printed well.

I always have my doubts ordering online, especially with a company I haven't heard of before. My daughter has chosen TeePublic to showcase & sell her product line. So wanting to support a family member's small business I ordered 2 Tee Shirts & a cup mug. Received 1 Tee & the coffee mug in 2 separate shipments. Waited for the second Tee to arrive. That didn't happen so imagine my surprise when I checked the order status & it states a confirmation of arrival. I don't have any issues w/ deliveries where I live but just in case I did check w/ my neighbors. I wrote toTeePublic and explained I didn't receive my order. After doing some checking the rep agreed to refund my purchase amt. I am pleasantly surprised & highly recommend TeePublic-5 star company all the way around.

I found a blue Jolly Rancher wrapper in the merchandise. One of the t-shirts had candy shards stuck to it staining the fabric. Especially during COVID, this is very gross. Disappointed :(
Range of T shirt designs is amazing and really good value for money also.
My first order came in about 4 days but I had ordered the wrong size. One quick email and literally 5 minutes after I then had the order confirmation of the replacements on their way.

I got couple of t-shirts, and was pleasantly surprised with good quality of the material when I got them. Unfortunately I made a mistake and ordered Medium instead of Large. The exchange process was quick and easy, and on top of it all, I was told to just keep the Medium sized t-shirts that I got! Way to go, TeePublic! Great customer service!
Ordered my teeshirt in July and received it in Australia in September. I ordered a medium brown teeshirt with a Sandeman print. The teeshirt was a good fit, particularly in the shoulders and a nice dark brown colour. I really like my teeshirt it bought back happy memories of a holiday in Spain so for me worth the amount I spent on it.
The shirts arrived faster than expected but were tighter than expected. I contacted customer service and within a few hours they responded that they were sending me the next size up. Couldn't ask for anything better! I'll be ordering more shirts from TeePublic for sure.
All around great company. I had ordered a couple of shirts that ended up being too small. TeePublic replaced them both free of charge. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
I ordered a tank top and selected my size using the guide. It was way too small. TeePublic took care of my issue quickly. Replaced the item and didn't require me to return the smaller one.
Received my tshirt and it's perfect! It's a reprint from an old family business back in the late 60's.

Was so surprised to find something like this. Any originals are long gone from this place, but this reprint is very authentic to the originals way back when. I'm originally from NJ and now Pa. The shirt is being sent to my son in Colorado. He knows the family business history as it was his grandfather who built Harmony Speedway. He will definitely enjoy it and I highly recommend the shirts to any old stock car fans that might remember the place.
Offered to send a shirt I got back to switch out. These people went out of their way to just send a new one for free.
I order 2 hoodies and 1 shirt, and to be honestly they weren't the best. The printing quality was pretty bad and these products were pretty expensive so say the lest. But when I told them about the issue they wasted no time! They offered to replace the products for free and let me keep the old ones, although I declined. I asked for a refund and they gladly gave it to me! They even let me keep the hoodies and shirt for free as well! So I basically got them for free. So you can buy something from them with no worries since they are always there to help you! :)
Best customer service I have ever seen, period. I ordered some really cool shirts and face masks from TeePublic, but when they arrived there was a bit of an issue. I guess my order got mixed up with someone else's: I got twice as many masks but none that I ordered, and all the shirts were mine but some didn't fit because apparently I ordered the wrong size. I actually got more than I paid for, but I wrote customer service to let them know about the mixup. I also asked if it would be possible to exchange the shirts even though it was my mistake for ordering a size too small. TeePublic wrote me back immediately—I mean literally within minutes. Before I could even read their reply, I got another email from them, this time a shipping notification. To my astonishment, they told me to keep everything, no return or exchange necessary, and that they were sending me the masks I ordered AND larger shirts. These people are seriously amazing, I will do business with them every chance I get!
Customer service is second to none, they went above and beyond to assure my satisfaction... I'll do business with these folks any day! Thanks!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
