The best customer service i have encountered, ordered some t-shirts for christmas i followed the size chart but upon arrival they seemed quiet big the quality print and design was fantastic but i just knew they would be to big, i emailed them asking if perhaps i could exchange them and within minutes i had reply stating they had processed the new order and as a courtesy i could hold onto the originals, i was absolutely blown away by there customer service and helpfulness and so grateful for the exchange a big thumbs up to Lavinia and Corina who handled the matter for me. I will defiantly be a returning customer..
I ordered from republic for the first time last week. My order arrived bang on time and I was really pleased with the quality and the design. It was however, a little small. I went through the exchange process which involved raising a ticket with customer services. Lavinia was amazing - not only did she reply to exchange request within the hour, she had already arranged for a larger size to be sent out to me, and had told me that I didn't need to post back the original - that I was to keep or donate it! This was incredible, surprising and I'm delighted. Thanks Lavinia and teepublic! Highly recommend
I received an order which I felt was not acceptable, and I sent a response voicing that displeasure. I was expecting a negative reply, something along the lines of too bad so sad. On the contrary. I received some very apologetic and nice return emails, and my purchase was refunded! It's hard to find that kind of customer service this day and age. Thank you!
I was very excited about my mask order of 7 new masks for my wife and I, as we both work in jobs where we can wear our own and express ourselves. I received the wrong order of masks and contacted support. Within under 24 hours another order with the correct items was put through free of charge. I believe my original email was answered in less then 5 minutes and they told me I dont even have to return the other items. Amazing customer service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone giving you peace of mind if and when you do have an issue it will be handled quickly and professionally.
I had accidentally ordered the incorrect size and so emailed asking to process an exchange. Not only did they reply in less than 12 hours, they sent me the correct size and allowed us to keep the incorrect one! So very kind and generous!
I had bought a medium shirt and was much smaller than any medium i had ever seen. So I wanted to exchange and return. I was told I could keep the shirt I had to either give it away or donate and they would happily send me new one in different size. Good customer service!
After some initial confusion over delivery timeline, we are very happy with our t-shirts. The material is very soft and the designs are awesome. My spouse and I ordered 18 shirts all together and all of them are great
The shirt I ordered was too small, even though I followed the size guidelines. (In my defense, there wasn't a guideline for "Classic T-Shirt (Relaxed Fit), Female"). When I asked for an exchange, TeePublic processed it immediately! They responded to all my messages quickly and were very friendly. This was my first experience with TeePublic and won't be my last.
THEY RAN MY CREDIT CARD 27 TIMES BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO STUPID TO GET ZIP CODES CORRECT. I HAVE HAD THE SAME ZIP CODE FOR 28 YEARS AND THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T CONFIRM IT
I ordered a hoodie and t-shirt and was sent the t-shirt in the wrong color. Not only did TeePublic send me another t-shirt without any hassle whatsoever, they also replaced it with a different size and did not even require that I send them back the original shirt, but told me to feel free to keep it. I even offered to send it back and pay for shipping myself, so they could re-sell it, but they insisted I keep it. They replied to all my emails in a timely manner and I'm super impressed with their customer service. It makes me all the more inclined to buy from them again and recommend them to others. After receiving my purchase I noticed it had a small defect. I contacted customer service and immediately they put a replacement in the mail. I will definitely be coming back to shop and telling my friends what a nice experience I had.
I really cannot understand the negative reviews about TeePublic. First, your purchase supports an artist. The pandemic has really ruined a lot of businesses and this is a chance to support others as they rebuild. The quality of the shirts are unrivaled. The designs are so custom that they make great gifts. Finally, the sizing is on you. Do the work with the sizing chart, and if you guess wrong let them know, and they will make it right. So, just go for it.

I am a returning customer and will be placing more orders in the future. My favorite line is the "Tony Tee_ze" line! I've even shared this site with my Family & Friends. One of the items I got, the print wasn't good, so I let them know with a pic of it and they sent out a replacement (free of charge) that is great customer service! They stand by their customer satisfaction guarantee and that makes me come back more and more.
Don't order from here! It's a scam! I ordered 2 T-shirts' and I got a notification saying it was delivered and it never was! $50 down the drain
They have been really helpful and always quick to reply to all my inquiries. I haven't had such a good customer service in a long long time!
Well, I'm a huge music fan and love my band t-shirts, but I also love graphic logos too and this is the place to shop. The shirts I ordered were on sale for $13, can't beat that! I was so excited when they arrived, they were so neatly folded and the graphics were done to perfection. You need to ck them out. HUGE variety of any kind of slogan, logo, bands, what-have-you to pick from. TeePublic emails you often to tell you when your order was rec'd, processed, shipped out and at your doorstep! Great company with great customer service and communication. My favorite is the shirts are awesome. Most companies don't have "GIRL" cuts or sizes, but they do. The quality of the material is also high quality. I'm so friggin impressed. I will be buying more t-shirts in the future but only from TeePublic! Rock On!
The shirts I bought were awesome, great selection and a wonderful way to help artists.
The quality of the shirt print looked good but after a few washes the print started cracking, bubbling and fading. So buyer beware, you can have an awesome shirt, but you have to add a little more effort in your washing routine.
Washing instructions:
Turn inside out
Wash on the coldest water setting
Use a gentle detergent
Hang dry (do NOTput these in the dryer)
Other than that the customer service is the best, extremely helpful and very kind.
I mistakenly got the wrong sizes. TP sent the correct sizes, and suggested I donate the others. WOW.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
