I recently needed a unique gift which I thought I'd never find. I went on line and found Tee Public. I was able to order a tee shirt with the name of a small town in Tennessee! The shirt is excellent quality. I also ordered a matching coffee mug. I will definitely be shopping with them again... thank you TeePublic.
I ordered 4 t-shirts. One was a gift and a different size than my size. The other 3 were for me. When the shirts arrived (within a week) I realized that one of them was way too small. I thought I had ordered men's medium for all 3 but mistakenly hit women's medium for one of them. I followed the process to request an exchange, fully expecting to at least pay shipping on the new correctly sized shirt. TeePublic got back to me quickly and said that they were putting the correct size in the mail and that I should give the too small shirt to someone or repurpose it in some way. On top of that wonderful news, I saw the invoice and not only was I not charged for the correct size shirt, but shipping was free! Yes! I have never had a company handle an exchange request in such a fast and fabulous manner. It was technically my own mistake that caused the wrong shirt to come to me, but TeePublic fixed my mistake at no charge. The new shirt arrived today and I am very happy with it and IT FITS!
I recently ordered 4 t-shirts from TeePublic, the first time I have ordered anything with this company. The shirts arrived quickly, and the t-shirt fabric is good quality and soft.
When I realized that one of the shirts had the graphic placed a bit low on the shirt, I took a photo and contacted customer service. TeePublic quickly resolved the issue, saying that they notified production and are sending a replacement shirt. They let me know that I don't need to return the original, but rather can donate it or give it away. I appreciate that because it saves me time and is also more green as there are fewer resources used, for example no packaging or driving to return the original shirt. I just placed a second order as the site has so many design choices. I appreciate the great customer service, quick response, and positive resolution.
I've had this ordered for over 2 weeks now. You have no way of tracking, the tracking number they give you does nothing, they claim something is wrong with my address, I get stuff delivered here almost daily. Won't order from here again!
This is my second purchase. It was hard to decide what to buy because the amount of shirts to pick from was vast. It was my fault for not using their six of instructions and my shirts arrived too small. Once I looked again at the charts and photos with height and average weight (so helpful) I saw my mistakes. But when I reached out to customer service there was zero blame on me and all about making me happy. They shipped me out two new shirts at no charge and said to enjoy or pass on the others I could not use rather than force me to pay to send them back. I was BLOWN AWAY. NO ONE does that anymore. I will be back again because of this and I am not easy to please.
I tried to order a kids long sleeved shirt and looked at the size chart. I ordered a small kids and received a mans small. The models that show the kids tee shirts are young adults BUT the shirt says kids long sleeved shirt. The package came with no directions to return the order and no order form with the price and purchase number. I won't be ordering from this company again

I ordered a Be kind poster and 5 stickers I got them all with in 10 days. I got My RGB sticker the day before she died. My daughter said those stickers are for me. I said no they are for me to show my students. Colorful and classy. I will spread the word.
Had to go through so many captchas just to checkout, then they declined my card and i had to call the card company to get it working again. I finally gave up when they gave me a 'testing your javascript' screen (i run firefox. The js is fine). Now not only will i not be buying form these morons, but i also do not trust these morons. When you build a website for an online store, MAKE SURE IT WORKS
I made my first purchase with Tee Public one of the three shirts fit great, the others ran on the smaller side. I requested a reorder and return of the two that didn't fit. They promptly reordered them, then asked I give the two that didn't fit to someone I know or to donate them. Could have knocked me over... never did I expect this. I will of course tell friend's and family what a outstanding experience! Quality of products were excellent. Claire D
I order 3 hoodies from teepublic. The artwork is very faded and the hoodie quality is cheap. I only wanted a refund from 1 because it's very bad and not as advertised. I was told no refund they will send another one out so now I have 4 bad hoodies
I ordered a jumper recently and the print was low quality when I received it compared to the picture. I emailed customer service pictures and they offered me the choice of a new jumper or refund. They were quick to respond and very helpful, very impressed with the quality of service. Will definitely order off teepublic again.
Good information, amazing customer service, t-shirts look exactly like in the pictures (which is not always the case with other firms), no annoying advertismentmails after the purchase - In short, brilliant!
This company has the best customer service I have experienced. They work with the customer on being prompt and efficient. They are in the business to satisfy their customers and do a fantastic job.
I have ordered several T-$#*!s from TeePublic. I love the quality and the customer service is outstanding. AND! I get to support real artists.
I recently ordered a T-shirt as a gift for my husband and I ordered it too large. They were so great in exchanging the shirt. I emailed, they responded the next day and I have a new shirt on the way. So great to work with good humans! I will definitely be ordering more!
The t-shirts have always been phenomenal (ordered from them on multiple occasions, with different sizes and styles, and I have been satisfied each time). This last time I wanted to get some cool, woke-printed masks, and even though the order was swiftly delivered, the more expensive, layered masks ruin anyone's ability to take delight in the designs because of the creases. This is very important: if you order the layered, "more protective" mask, you will lose any/all semblance of the message/art/design that you're really paying for. (See attached pics.)
That said, I contacted support, was immediately allayed in my frustration, and was sent out 4 new masks on the "regular" model, free of charge (and didn't have to return the less-than-stellar first batch).
Long story short, this is an amazing company with phenomenal customer service and I highly recommend them.
Tee public shirts used to be amazing and worth the money, but on my most recent order I received a different sub par brand of shirt. They used to have no neck tag and instead a nice branded printed crest. I paid for the upgraded triblend and was sent 3 smelly Bella Canvas shirts that don't justify the amount I spent. Also the color description doesn't match what I got; I ordered navy and I got much closer to royal blue.
I love the quality A1 experience I receive when contacted them about an issue, they resolved it quick and hassle-free. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future and I love their products. Thanks!.
I made a purchase on the 22nd with receipt by email through pay pal.
I sent over the order number and photos of the receipt and still no response.
I haven't heard anything regarding my order since the 22nd and yet orders placed from other companies have sent information or have been mailed.
When sending the first of two emails the response we don't have your email and I also sent the second email. I am just trying to get the order so that I can finish make something for someone.
Very displeased and wish I would've looked through this site even though I questioned it to begin with.
Now I will get to deal with PayPal and this order not being completed or at lease information when being shipped.
Was not satisfied with the product I received. Contacted customer service with a picture of what I ordered and a written explanation of my specific complaint. Within 24 hours I had a response and the issue was resolved. They were friendly and attentive. I will order from this company again!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
