My family and I have ordered many many T-Shirts over the years, today I got 1 that wasnt up to the high standard I expect. 2 emails and 10 minutes later and my replacement is being shipped. Amazing customer service
I ordered three shirts as gifts. When my order arrived I had four shirts and found two of the shirts I ordered where not the right size. I contacted customer service and let them know I needed to exchange two shirts for size and I must have ordered an extra one. I was taken care of with two new sizes and a refund for my extra shirt. I was told not to return the wrong shirts, I could donate. I feel like I am cheating them! I have never had such a wonderful experience with customer service. My products are great quality and service superb.
When I needed to exchange a tee shirt to a larger size, Tee Public immediately responded to my request and made the exchange process super easy. I got a personal email saying how the exchange would be handled within 24 hours and the order was expedited. It is rare, I think, to see a company respond so quickly and to take care of my problem pronto. I highly recommend this company!
I have ordered many magnets and tee shirts from this company and have always been 110% SATISFIED with their products and service. If you have an issue, they get back to you ASAP. Sometimes the delivery takes a little longer (due to Covid now... and my local Post Office receiving my order on 10/30/20 and not delivering it to me until 10/14/20... no excuse for that). But when I contacted TeePublic, they said they were sorry and would ship out a replacement immediately. Love this company. I've bought so many magnets, my friends call me MAGNETO!
I love this company! Not only does this company have great, fun AND original products, their customer service is easy to deal with and quite efficient.

I had ordered a couple of items. One was too big and the other was defective. I emailed them with my concerns and someone from customer service responded (on a weekend) right away. They took care of everything and are sending out new items right away; no cost on my part. I was very pleased!
I am a HUGE fan of "Big Trouble in Little China", and was blown away when I saw the "Jack Burton Trucking/Pork Chop Express" design on you site. The PERFECT shirt.! So, of course, i ordered it right away. It looked amazing when I got it, but after wearing it a few times, i decided it needed a wash. I washed it in cold water, and i always hang my tshirts to avoid shinkage, and this is what i was left with. NOW, the only thing you can read on it is "Burton". For 45 bucks ( I am in Canada, so it was a little expensive), I am hugely disappointed, and will most definitely NOT buy another shirt/hoody from your company. Although, i WOULD accept a replacement shirt for free.!
Ordered two shirts, the quality is excellent but the fit was just a bit small. I sent them an email and within a few hours new shirts were on the way. They even told me to keep the original shirts. They now have a new customer that will make many future purchases. THAT IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS!
I was so happy to find a Tommy Steele design face mask for my mum, which I had not been able to find anywhere else, but for some reason my delivery never arrived, even though I received an email telling me that it had been delivered. I advised TeePublic that this had not been received and they arranged for a replacement to be issued free of charge which I received as agreed. Don't get me wrong, this is what you would hope for, but the fact is they did it, which was much appreciated. Oh, and my mum absolutely loves her mask!
I've ordered from TeePublic twice now. The first order came as described. On my second order (3 shirts), two were wrong (one was a printing error and one was the wrong material). I contacted customer service and they had replacements on the way within like 6 hours.
Their print quality is good; I'm not sure about durability because I've only washed the shirts a couple of times. Their base t-shirt material is fine; it is not soft. I wouldn't say it's scratchy, but it is definitely not premium. Their "heavyweight" shirts are super soft, but the fit is kind of blocky. Their tri-blend shirts are amazing though!. Like, really, really good. They're cut really well and the material is super soft. I'll buy them again and I'd buy even more if they came in more colors (they're limited to like 6 colors and they're all a heather variant).
I have ordered several times with TeePublic. Their designs are really the best!
I had only a shirt size issue with them, their exchange policy had me email them, they responded IMMEDIATELY and took care of it, no questions asked! And was super friendly and professional in their responses.
I am GLAD to write this super positive review for them, they deserve it!
They often have sales, so take advantage when you see them!

This company allows a way for artists to push there art to us by artists we wouldn't come across otherwise which speaks volumes. I googled exposing Illuminati shirt and a lot of crappy shirts popped up but then a few shirts popped up from tee public and they were dope and what I was looking for more or less. Ordered a shirt and there shirts are the nice athletic fit and clean look on top of a good quality and fresh screenprint. Cop you one, you'll love it and support an artist out there somewhere
Purchased a shirt and washed and dried it per manufacturer label, however t shirt shrunk. I contacted Tee Public and within 10 minutes they responded and sent me a replacement. Their excellent customer service has surely secured my future business.
I ordered some masks from Teepublic and they weren't exactly what I expected, so their customer service was great and told me they would send out new masks at no additional charge and actually refunded me the difference in price since the masks I ordered were a different style. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants some really cool shirts, stickers, masks etc. Also you're supporting independent artists, great company!

I ordered a '67 Cougar t-shirt and mask for my son and after waiting 20 days the t-shirt arrived but the mask still had not. TeePublic sent out another mask that arrived in a few days. Eventually the first mask showed up and I asked to send it back. They said to just keep them both! They were quick to take care of my issue and I will shop with them again.
As you can see by the heading, I like to make people laugh. But in all seriousness, the people at TeePublic have always been very helpful to me. I needed a specific size shirt and was told after I placed my order that it wasn't available. So, I was about to cancel that item, and well, a day later, got an email saying that they found one! This isn't the first time that they have helped me out this way before. That is why I am a returning customer.
I couldn't wait to get my shirt! To my surprise it did not arrive the day excited. Now days some companies are fraud. Not TeePublic. The family was on it! They made sure my order was shipped next day and even followed up to make sure I received it. Big kudos. I will be ordering again.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
