I had ordered some shirts and they came in great shape and great quality. Beautiful colors. Everything was great except I ordered the wrong size. I emailed them today for an exchange and they said they would fix everything and send me the correct size and said that I should donate or regift the ones I ordered by mistake. I thought that was awesome! Right before Christmas! They now have a customer for life!
I ordered a v-neck t-shirt to wear on our next cruise, whenever cruising finally resumes. There was a tip to order two sizes up when ordering the v-neck shirt. I did that, but the shirt was still too small, so I requested an exchange. The order for the exchange was processed immediately and I received an email telling me I did not need to return the shirt, but could keep, donate or reuse it! That was way beyond my expectations, and is really appreciated. The original shirt is so cute, I will take it with me on the cruise and give it to the first person who compliments the new shirt - and I am sure there will be compliments!

On receiving my order, the shirt was exactly as I expected but was larger than I anticipated. I've ordered many times from TeePublic and never had a sizing problem, so I'm assuming the mistake was on my end.
I contacted customer service and they responded promptly and courteously, and remedied my issue immediately, of which I am ever so grateful as this is a gift to be given in a timely manner. As always, a satisfied customer.
I have purchased at least 1 dozen different shirts from this company, and they have never failed to deliver quality merchandise. If looking for a unique design or saying, dont bother with looking anywhere else. Their search engine is user friendly and the quality is top notch. I will continue to use them when looking for that perfect gift or just a new shirt for myself!

I ordered a sweatshirt for my son and accidentally ordered the wrong size. When I contacted TeePublic to make an exchange, they got right back to me & were willing to ship out new size right away. When I asked about shipping back original sweatshirt they said there was no need to return it & to keep it as a courtesy. I was very pleased with the customer service & will definitely be ordering from them in the future! Thank you TeePublic!

When I first ordered two t-shirts, I accidentally ordered 3. I noticed about an hour later, and contacted customer service right away, and they wrote back RIGHT AWAY, revised my order as I wanted it, and gave me a new order number. The t-shirt arrived, and I love the quality of the material, but I found that although I ordered a size bigger than I usually take, the t-shirts were tighter than I like. So, I wrote to customer service again, and the responded immediately and said they were already processing a larger size for me... AND to keep the t-shirts they sent and donate them to the organization. I'm quite pleased with every aspect... just know that their sized run a bit small. So, order up! Thank you TeePublic!
I will use this company from now on for quality t-shirts. I ordered a size that when received in the mail, was smaller than i thought it would be. They were so wonderful as to give me a new shirt, (no charge), and asked that i donate the original shirt to a charity. What a great company. Thank you so much for everything. The shirt came very quickly in the mail also. They are very professional.
I have ordered from Tee Public on quite a few occasions. They have a great product assortment, quality items and excellent customer service. I was shipped the wrong size tee shirt on one occasion and within 10 minutes of sending a message to customer service they responded that they had submitted a request to reship. Highly recommend Tee Public!
I am very satisfied with my t-shirts. I have ordered three times so far. I had a sizing issue and TeePublic took care of it right away. It is nice to finally have cool t-shirts to fit my personality! Kudos to the independent artists!

What can I say? I love the t-shirts I received so much that I placed two more orders and when the third shipment did not get delivered to my house, the vendor immediately replaced the order and had it to me in a matter of days.

Recently I placed an order for shirts. I didn't receive the shipment and asked for help. Customer service was fantastic. They are replacing the order. So refreshing to have a company that values their customers.
So I placed an order for a sweatshirt and a sticker, which with shipping and tax totaled up to be $48.25. The sweatshirt came, but the sticker didn't. I placed the order on October 29th, and it is now November 17th. According to the tracking status the sticker (which was in a separate package then the sweatshirt) has been at my local sorting facility for 2 weeks now. I don't know why it is taking so long.
3 words: AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. They were so quick to rectify my order (and only 1 order has ever been not-quite-right). I'm contemplating making TeePublic my kids' godparents. They're that good!
This is really amazing TeePublic was there for me due to USPS stated they had the wrong address and I told them the seller always send my package to the right address and I told TeePublic what was going and O my goodness they send me other one that is amazing but in the long run USPS HMM? Like always I got my package and loving it it is really awesome and that is why went to purchase more in TeePublic and they have my color that I love so much RED. TeePublic I thank you so much and can't wait to get my special items Yes yes And these are the others that I purchase with no issue the one with three shirts and really love it I'm really a Kaiju and Gojira Fan.
This was my first order with TeePublic and was a little leery having read online reviews. But, I took a chance and ordered T-shirt "Speak Your Mind Even If Your Voice Shakes." Gotta say I was very happy with the product received, communication and fast delivery from the company. I would go with them again. Thanx!
On opening the T-shirt I'd bought for my granddaughter I found that the wrong one had inadvertently been sent. I contacted the lovely people at Tee Public and they replied immediately. What I thought would be a problem definitely was not and everything was put right in a jiffy. Very impressed and would absolutely recommend
My order got lost - post office said it was delivered, but I never got it. I emailed TeePublic and got immediate responses - day or night! No site responds as quickly as they did. They resent the order and I got it a few days later. Thanks, TeePublic!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
