TeePublic are truly an outstanding company that has restored my faith in the existence of customer service. For a long time I have been experiencing it as an etherial, ghostly entity that was from the past, that we will never see again.
TeePublic have made my experience of buying things, making mistakes and needing different sizes etc. wondering if I am actually having delusions of a helpful company. However, it is real! They quickly and easily responded to my request for a change of style and size a breeze, bunching two separate orders into one delivery charge, and even letting me skip a return. Yes, it is real! Actual people answer your requests ultra quickly, simply, without going through endless hoops. The t shirt, although too small, was perfect also.
Just buy from this company with absolute confidence, you really can't go wrong!

I ordered a shirt for my step daughter and it was just a little too small. I contacted tee public about an exchange and they reached out very quickly and asked me what size I needed instead and shipped it out free of charge. I didn't even need to send the other one back! It was a super easy and convenient process and the shipping was super fast both times. I love the quality of the shirts too, this isn't my first order with them and I've been very pleased with the every interaction and purchase. Supporting individual artists is really cool too!

Oh my, this company has amazing costumer service. First off the shirt I received was amazing and was an amazing quality shirt. The only problem was the shirt was a little too small so I needed to exchange it! I reach out and they email me back within an hour (which never happens) and orders me a whole new shirt with the correct size. They even told me I can keep the one that doesn't fit and donate or re gift to a friend. Just overall such a pleasant and reassuring experience with costumer service. Not to mention the shirt is so adorable. Thanks again to Diana and Patricia for helping me out so quickly and efficiently!

I have ordered with teepublic a few times now and have been very pleased with my products. Ordering on line is so hard at times if you don't know how the tee-shirt runs. Usually they are right on. I order a different style than usual this time as it was for my sister and not myself. It ran very small. I emailed them with the problem and they are sending a new one out right away. They wished for me to donate the one I have already. Best customer service I have ever had and I will definitely pass the shirt on. Thank you so much for making this so easy on me.

I ordered some t-shirts for Christmas and found out after getting them that the women shirts were a couple sizes smaller than I anticipated. Granted it was noted on the website but was not as clear as it should have been since the sizes for guys was only 1 size smaller than usual. Either way I reached out to TeePublic support and they had an easy to fill out form to make the exchange as seamless as possible. Combining this with the fact that they reached out AND fixed my order in less than 24 hours along with allowing me to keep the clothes that were the wrong size just proves to me that they actually care and are willing to offer the best experience that they possibly can.

I am pleased to tell you that my experience with this company was outstanding. I made a couple mistakes and contacted customer service to get it corrected. I had to contact the customer service several times with questions and got the same level of patience and courtesy. It was refreshing to work with a company that clearly had the customer's best interest at heart. I would recommend them to anyone. Products are top quality, employees are exceptional and service is top notch. I will buy from them again without hesitation.

I ordered a shirt and received it in a timely manner, but the print was badly off center. I emailed them and received a quick response apologizing for the issue and asked for a photo. Email responses throughout the process were fast and addressed my questions. They allowed me to keep or donate the shirt that was off center and shipped a new one to me within two days, at no cost. The customer service was excellent! Variability can happen, even with good quality work. How a company deals with the error and the customer makes all the difference to me. This was a good experience even though it was not right the first time.
