TEEPUBLIC sent wrong print on shirt. I emailed them one day with the information they needed. The next day they they had the issue resolved. Another shirt was in the mail that day. TEEPUBLIC has excellent customer service and I will continue to order from them in the future.

This is truly my favorite site to order tee shirts from. They are a wonderful business and always accommodate to their customers. They offer unique designs & it's awesome to support independent artists. The quality of their shirts are great & they offer different style/color options. What a wonderful place to buy. I stumbled on this site looking for a specific face mask and found SOO much stuff for Xmas, stickers, t-shirts, masks and magnets. All affordable - needed during this time. The live chat help on line was great for questions and when I had a problem they resolved it FAST and very personally and generously. I initially purchased the Ugly Pac-Man hoodie as a gift, and when it arrived I found it was perhaps a bit small for a medium. I reached out to initiate an exchange of size and received a response within minutes! Not only that, but Patricia told me to keep the one I'd already received and suggested that I donate it. I thought that was very kind and am impressed with the customer service. Thank you very much! The hoodie is very cute (not ugly) too, and the fleece on the inside is so soft. Good quality!
I have at this point ordered about 30 shirts from this website over 2 years. Only twice have I had something come in printed off (one, the image was faded, one was off centre). Both times I got a response to my claim on them within 24 hours, and both times they offered to ship me a replacement and for me to keep the original. I have received rapid responses in quick resolutions from their team, some of the best customer service I've had online!
I ordered a few t-shirts (3) as gifts for my friends children. Received the full order within a few days to find I didn't order correct sizes after showing my friend (which was my mistake). I reached out to TeePublic to see about exchanging the shirts for the correct sizes & the process to do so. Not only did I receive an immediate response, they graciously agreed to send out the correct sizes while also saying I need not return the shirts already received; instead asked that I donate, give them to someone in need. Such an awesome experience... will definitely order again!
I purchased T-shirts from this company in Dec. 2019 and had a good experience with them so decided to order my young grandsons some shirts from them this year for Christmas. They have a great selection of shirts to choose from. I ordered the 4 shirts on Nov. 11,2020 and received them in the mail on Nov. 17,2017. Was surprised to get them so quickly as everything from other stores that I am ordering now during the pandemic is taking much longer than usual. It was a pleasant surprise to receive them within 6 days of my order.
I loved the shirts I chose but realized that I had ordered incorrectly on 2 of the sizes. Two of them would not fit the boys. I immediately emailed customer service to see what could be done about the shirts and to assist me in getting the correct size. They got back to me very promptly and sent a size chart and some suggestions. I was still having trouble in choosing the correct size and after emailing back and forth several times (all within the same day of my original email to them), I sent them the chest and length measurements of the boys. I was also having trouble finding the original Tee shirts I wanted on their site and emailed them that problem. The bottom line is, they picked the correct size for the shirts and went ahead and ordered them and and they are on their way to my home. This was all done in the course of 1 day. They promptly got back to me every time i emailed them and kept assuring me that they were very glad to be of assistance. I can not say enough about the customer service at TeePublic. They are amazing to do business with and I highly recommend them!

I recently placed an order for 10 various tee shirts, some as gifts and some to keep. The complete order arrived in a timely fashion. Upon inspection of my purchase, two items had some mis-registration of the printing. Following the online instructions for reporting problems, I submitted photos of the mis-prints. I was contacted by customer service fairly quickly and promised replacement of the problematic shirts. I later was emailed the shipping information. A week after receiving the shipping confirmation the items arrived and the quality of this print was perfect. My overall experience with TeePublic- PLEASED. Customer service was punctual and accommodating. I will return for more unique and throwback tee shirts.
I purchased a shirt as a gift for someone, and had accidentally ordered the wrong size. When I went to change my order, I found out that I had entered my email wrong, so I hadn't gotten a confirmation email (meaning I couldn't change my order.) The customer service team at TeePublic got back to me super quickly, and sent out my new shirt within the next day!

Hi, I purchased a poster for my son following his completion of his 4 year apprenticeship and it is exactly what he will like, I couldn't find this type of thing any where else and I had it on my door step within 2 weeks from United State to Australia even with covid happening. I am really thrilled with the fast service a great product. Will follow up with a photo once I have framed it.

I ordered 2 shirts for my daughter for Christmas. There were more options for her fandoms then I have seen anywhere else (and I have looked). The shirts arrived faster then expected with one issue. One of the shirts was too small. I emailed on a Friday night and the situation was resolved above and beyond my expectations by Saturday afternoon. I will have one happy teen on Christmas morning!
Had a wonderful experience with a completely unique, Phinneas & Ferb design for my brother. He has special needs and is an awkward size; and he needs to be warm.

I ordered the SpaceAce shirt from TeePublic a couple weeks ago. It arrived quick. Great quality and fantastic looking. Unfortunately, through no fault of TeePublics, it was a little small. I reached out via e-mail and received a response almost immediately. They were quick to put a new one in the mail to me. The whole process was so easy and stress free, I went ahead and bought another shirt. Many more to follow.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
