My first order at this wonderful company will certainly not be my last. I do not think i have ever experienced better customer service. I ordered two tshirts, and they were shipped promptly. They were beautiful, but unfortunately there was a sizing issue (completely my mistake). I contacted customer service and they promptly and respectfully handled my issued. New shirts were shipped out the very next day, and this was over Thanksgiving. It was absolutely remarkable. Wonderful company to support!

I ordered several t-shirts from TeePublic for gifts and when I received them I realized two of the sizes wouldn't work. I used the form on their website to request an exchange and I heard back the same day. Not only did they process my order right away, they also told me there was no need to return the shirts I didn't want. They made it very easy and my associate who helped me was super pleasant and helpful! I highly recommend ordering from them!

I love shopping with TeePublic! I'm a mom always looking for unique gifts for my young adult children. TeePublic had a huge assortment of t-shirts that had to do with an anime show my son and daughter watch. These are hard to find. The t-shirts were also much more affordable than on other websites. The ordering process is easy. I ordered an incorrect size and TeePublic made my order correction a breeze. Their customer service was quick to reply to me (and it was on a Sunday)! I know my son and daughter will love these t-shirts and I WILL be purchasing from TeePublic again!

I am a repeat customer of TeePublic and always enjoyed their seasonal sales and ability to help represent independent artists' work in affordable ways. With the 2020 holiday season approaching, TeePublic delivered with a generous black Friday sale; including shirts, stickers, and more that would gift my friends and family. I made my order and within a week my gifts had arrived. There had been one minor problem with my order that I had unfortunately missed when ordering a shirt size that had been listed as running smaller. I had contacted the website's customer contact email and received a response expediently. Within an hour a representative name Szilvia wrote me with a new invoice including a replacement and correctly sized tee. Szilvia was very kind and concise in her correspondence and provided excellent customer service and solution to my issue. I will remain a customer of TeePublic for the foreseeable future.

I've been a customer for many years and have been impressed with the quality and service. Shirts that I've overworn have lasted extremely well and have a great fit. I've gotten multiple items as gifts and on two occasions had sizing issues, trouble of buying clothes as a gift, but both times the exchanges were authorized immediately without any trouble. TeePublic will continue to be a staple of my own wardrobe and of my gift giving, as everyone has overwhelmingly been satisfied.

I ordered approximately 150.00 worth of merchandise, and never received the package. I contacted CS, they shipped a replacement package and it arrived several days later. Today a torn packaged arrived in the mail from the first order. I didn't want to keep it and not have paid for it. I contacted CS and told them that it arrived and I didn't want to be charged again. They told me to just keep the package. It was not there fault on shipping it was post office, but this company made it right all the way around. I will continue to do my business with them. What amazing people, and very helpful and polite.

I recently purchased a longsleeve t-shirt (https://www.teepublic.com/long-sleeve-t-shirt/*******-statler-and-waldorf) color gold, size XL.
Upon receiving the shirt I noticed a problem with the print.
Customer support replied promptly and immediately sent a replacement. Which has arrived in the meantime and I can say that the print is now perfect.

Additionally customer support allowed me to change the size of the shirt as the one with the faulty print was too big.
Suffice to say I'm a very happy customer.

These three ladies are the quintessence of customer service! I had ordered a t-shirt and sweatshirt featuring my favorite Jonny Quest episode. I ordered them in Blue Heather and the image looked weather-beaten, not sharp and crisp like the mug. But in emailing them, I told them that I had ordered it in white. They informed me that White is temporarily out of stock and suggested Gray Heather as a background to bring out the colors. They were exceedingly patient and understanding and even gave me the Gray Heather sweatshirt free! I asked if this was okay and Eugenia spoke for all three: She said we want to make this right for you and they have! I highly, highly recommend buying from TeePublic and bring back your childhoods! You won't be sorry!

I ordered and received a t shirt. It was very small for a 2x. I contacted TeeRepublic. After a few emails when customer service got involved, I was given what I considered excellent feedback and most certainly VIP service. I can't express enough how much they listened to what I had to say.
I am only saying that the t shirt was smaller than expected but I did love the fabric and it was soft and well made. They kindly ordered me one in the appropriate size, I would not hesitate to order from them again.

I ordered a size L for my boyfriend for Christmas and it looks to be a bit on the small side for him (website was accurate I miscalculated his measurements). I contacted customer support for an exchange, fully ready to send the Large I. The mail and wait for an XL. My request was processed right away and I was informed that I can keep the size large and the XL was being shipped out immediately. AMAZING! Love this site, love the vast variety of images and styles available. Overall I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Less than 2 weeks ago I ordered 2 t-shirts with different designs for my 2 grandsons who live in Singapore. I was told that the goods would be received by Christmas, so imagine my surprise and delight when they arrived today. I chose designs to match their interests and I am sure they will be happy with them as I doubt that they will come across other children with similar designs. I admit I was a bit apprehensive dealing with a US company when I live in Australia, but customer service was exemplary with responses to my queries answered promptly and in a friendly manner. I will happily recommend TeePublic to my family and friends. Thank you so much.
