If you're looking for T-shirts, I highly recommend TeePublic. The shirt I ordered was too small so I requested a different size. My email was answered almost immediately! The new shirt has been sent out to me the same day and I didn't have to return the one that was too small. I get to keep it as a courtesy! This is unheard of in my opinion! If you want a company that you can trust and who provides EXCELLENT customer, I recommend (especially large quantities for family reunions, T-shirts as company uniforms, etc.) TeePublic and I will always order from them from now on!
The customer service team was super helpful in replacing an item that didn't fit correctly. They responded to my email in just a few minutes and the new item was shipped the same day. The other items we received were well made and everyone loved them.

I ordered a T shirt for my niece for Christmas, it arrived within a few days but was too small. I e mailed the company and received a reply the next day to say that they had posted a larger size and to keep the small one and put it to good use. You cant get any better than that, Really pleased with the outcome.

I ordered a shirt for my girlfriend in a women's medium. When it arrived we decided we may need to go a size up. Upon requesting if I could exchange the shirt for another, Teodora at Teepublic was very quick with a response and made my request so simple!
You know, there is nothing worse than seeing t-shirt designs that you love, or designs of something you thought you would never ever see due to its obscurity or something you just think is cute - then ordering the t-shirts, paying for shipping and waiting over a month to receive them - then you receive your order and it looks like they've been washed thirty times already. You compare them to the online representations and you realize they just simply did a lousy job - they're not $8 t-shirts but $23 t-shirts that were on sale for $15, which adds up to alot when you order eight of them. Only one of them was passable because it was mainly printed letters and on most of the other t-shirts you can see through the thin printing to the t-shirt color.
It's enough to make you want to do everything you can to discourage people from ordering from the company - it's surprising something of that quality gets shipped out unless that's what normally gets shipped out. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from TeePubic again and would give my opinion if asked - I will go to other companies if I get a hankering for t-shirts that aren't in stores.
I was looking for an specific image on a t-shirt for my husband (this was a gift) and I wasn't having much luck on my usual shopping pages. I stumbled across TeePublic quite by accident. I am usually not very receptive to new sites to purchase items from, but they had such a large selection and the price was right, so I gave them a try. I gave them a different address to ship my shirt to because I didn't want my husband to discover it when it came to the house. I received an email from TeePublic stating that they were monitoring the progress of my package and that a 3rd party shipper had marked my address as undeliverable so they asked me for an alternative address. I panicked at first because I hadn't set up an account and wasn't sure how I was going to enter the address. They made it easy and all I had to do was to enter it into the email and reply. I then received a reply stating that a duplicate shipment would go out to the new address which arrived in a couple of days. The entire process left me with a feeling that I had interacted with a friend! It was pleasant and painless! I have since ordered another t-shirt. I can't wait to receive that one!
I had never ordered from this site and was thrilled to find such fun gifts! After I placed my order I had to contact their customer service and was thrilled with the kindness, politeness, and knowledge. They helped me resolve my issue immediately. I will definitely order from TeePublic again!
I ordered a "tapestry" bearing the logo of my favorite soccer team. I had intended to use it as a throw blanket while watching games. What I received was a ridiculously thin, polyester bed sheet printed on one side! I can clearly see my ceiling lights through this veil when I hold it up! When I informed them that what I received was not a tapestry, and that I would like a refund, they basically sent me a link to a graphic from an Amazon shopping site that said that their tapestries were "lightweight" and "microfiber". Problem is, I didn't get it through Amazon! I got it from THEIR OWN web site! An additional problem is that the use of the team insignia on this product is unlicensed (ILLEGAL). The email I received from them said they do not give refunds, but that they would send me another product! As if I would want another veil!
A big shout out to the team who helped me with an incorrect order. I have ordered many T-shirt's from tee republic. Good quality, fast service and always checked in with me. However, last order went awry with an error made in sizing. They replied to my email immediately and resolved the issue at once. I was able to keep the wrong sizes ( they said I could gift them or donate them!) and my new order was already on the way. Good to know that great customer service still exists. Thanks team!
Had a size issue with a shirt I ordered and it was handled in 2 very friendly emails. Love the quality of the shirts as well.
I ordered 2 tee-shirts as Christmas gifts. They arrived within a week but were too small. I completed an online message form to ask for an exchange for a larger size for each. Within 10 minutes I had a email reply, confirming that they would send out the same products again, but in larger sizes. Even more amazingly, there was no charge and they said I could keep the original two tee-shirts to pass on to others or donate as I wished. I am so impressed with this company's efficiency and generosity.
I had a problem with my order not arriving, the TeePublic family immediately sent out replacements. They are very worthy of trust and upholding customer service.

I ordered 2 t-shirts with 'Among Us' prints - so many amazing designs to choose from! They arrived (in Australia) well before Christmas (about 2 weeks after I placed order) but one print appeared 'fuzzy'. When I contacted support regarding the issue, I received prompt & professional customer service. They organised a replacement to be made/shipped.

This company really does go above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction! My first order didn't go as planned (I got the wrong size), thankfully TeePublic made the return process really easy and their response time is astonishing!
I shopped with this company before. Their merchandise is very comfortable, on time, and the print is exactly the way it shows in fact even better in person. So this year 2020 I'm shopping here again. I highly recommend this company. Money well spent!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
