The Godzilla t-shirts we ordered are so much fun and the design was exactly as pictured. Shipping notifications were spot-on and timely. One t-shirt ran quite small, so I requested an exchange. I heard back from Customer Service within 5 minutes of sending my email! Exchanging was a cinch! Thank you so much!
Ordered a little something for numerous people on my Christmas list. Found great stuff, but had one problem with a shirt. After contacting customer support, everything was dealt with in a swift, friendly manner. I already have my replacement item, and all is well! Very happy, and will be shopping this site again.
I ordered hoodies for both kids and tried to get the sizing right with the charts provided, but I must have gotten it wrong, because when I received the hoodies, both were too small. I contacted Customer Services via the website and was able to easily send a request to exchange the hoodies for larger ones. I got a response almost instantaneously, telling me my order (free order, that is) to exchange hoodies had been entered and that I would receive the new hoodies soon, at no additional cost. I am so grateful. I highly recommend using this site.
I got what I ordered, however I should've ordered up a size. Customer service responded quickly and will replace the shirt without requiring the return of the first one! Super friendly and easy to communicate with! I am impressed! Thank you!
There are so many great designs on TeePublic. After I ordered I found it they support independent artists. I ordered a gift and got it 2 sizes too big. Their exchange policy and customer service is the best I have experienced and above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely order from them again and encourage everyone I know to do the same.
I ordered couple of thirsts and the size was not ok. I contact4ed customer service and they replied within 1 hour or 2. I was truly impressed. They will send the right size for the t-shirts and said I can keep the ones I already have.
The prints on the t-shirts are really nice! Fabric of the t-shirts is a little light but it's all good. I also think it's really cool that they support indie artists!
I recently ordered 4 hoodies as Christmas presents using the sizing chart, which was quite accurate. Unfortunately, one of the hoodies was a bit too small while wearing a shirt under it. I requested a size exchange through email and received a reply within minutes and assurances that a new hoodie would be sent out. It was super easy and fast, all taken care of the same day. Very pleased with the customer service.
I've ordered from Teepublic three times now, and it's always awesome. My most recent order, two of the shirts didn't fit as well as I hoped, even though they were the correct size. I let them know, and they immediately shipped me a larger size, no questions asked. This is how companies should operate. And the tri-blend shirts are the most comfortable I've ever worn.
I ordered a shirt and the print quality was fine, but the image was crooked and off center. I emailed them the night I received the shirt and by the next morning they had sent me a very polite response and a new shirt had already been ordered for me no charge! Excellent customer service!
I discovered teepublic 3 years ago. Since then it has become a family tradition for Christmas that I get shirts made for my neices and nephews. I ordered one tshirt for my neice that was not printed correctly. I emailed customer service before I went to bed. When I woke up they had already responded and were sending me a replacement shirt right away. I highly recommend them. To date I have ordered 15 shirts over last 3 years. The company stands behind the shirts, emailed customer service once 3 years ago. All shirts have all held up over the years and multiple washings with no issues. Definitely happy I took a chance and ordered from them. And definitely a return customer.
Wow... I love the tee shirt designs... 13 bucks for the tee shirt is great and the customer service is superb. I needed larger sizes because the tee shirts run pretty small therefore I reached out to this company and they immediately sent me my tee shirts in a larger size and told me no need to exchange the other tee shirts... Not sure how it will hold up in the washer and dryer but for the price I think the material and possible shrinkage is fair Thanks sooooo much!
I received the wrong product in the mail. I emailed the customer support and told them what was going on. They responded within 2 hours of me sending the email and had the correct product shipped and on the way. I was very pleased with how promptly and easily they were to resolve my issue.

The Kuromi hoodie I ordered just came and rather quickly (within a week) super cute design, but the quality of the decal is garbage. It looks faded and old! Washed out looking colors! It is like a horrible digital scan! One wash and I'm sure it will fall off. Not worth $35 +$12.99 for shipping. Reading other reviews now and this seems to be the trend. Please put out better products that are wearable and durable! 3 stars for fast shipping around the holidays!

... even before I've received my order. I recently ordered a t-shirt for a holiday secret Santa thing, and I didn't receive an order confirmation, but my credit card was charged so I reached out and asked Teepublic about it. They didn't have an order for me so I sent them a screenshot of the charge on my credit card. Within hours, they had located my order and sent me a status update on it, and apparently I had incorrectly typed in my own email address (duh) (but they didn't make me feel bad for it). Honestly, this is what truly great customer service is about. Fast, courteous and communicative, I feel they went above and beyond, even though it was my own careless error. I am so impressed and will absolutely be shopping here again in the future - and will learn to be a bit more careful when typing. Thank you, Teepublic.
I was more than happy with my TeePublic shirt, but unfortunately it didn't fit quite right. I requested an exchange, but the color I wanted was out of stock. TeePublic sent me the requested size in a different color and told me to keep the original shirt as a courtesy! Super generous. I'll order from the again now doubt.
My whole encounter with the customer service team started when they reached out to me asking for an alternative address as the one I provided was "undeliverable" only to find out that it was indeed delivered that day! They were prepared to send out my order again to me to a new address which I thought was fantastic, instead of trying to track down the original order. Turned out that one of the shirts I ordered was incorrect, and when I alerted them of this mistake- they immediately jumped into action to send me the corrected one. Their response time was within minutes, and I could really tell that they just wanted to help. I will order from TeePublic again and again- and urge others to as well! You can trust the quality and the people who work there to back up the brand. Excellent work.
TeePublic was the easiest company to order from. I ordered the wrong sizes for a Tshirt and a hoodie and the exchange policy was friendly and easy! The company did not require the items to be sent back; instead it was recommended to donate the items! What a nice way to pay it forward and spread kindness. On a side note, they have so many cool designs and every purchase supports a local artist.
I have to give a big shout out to TeePublic and their customer service. I had an issue with getting the order acknowledgment even though the charge went through. I reached out to follow up and was helped immediately. Very impressed with the prompt response and their research on discovering and resolving the issue.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
