I am a repeat customer of TeePublic and here is the reason why... As an Artist/ Art teacher I love to promote and support the arts. TEEPUBLIC has a vast variety of merchandise with several options to choose from... great quality... nice prices but, BEST OF ALL... SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had a sizing issue with a hoodie. Grant it, they sent the size i ordered but, as it turned out the recipient of hoodie wanted it one size larger. I text the company back and what seemed like lightening speed... during their busiest time if year, CHRISTMAS... i was contacted not by one "TP" sales rep but 2... I was told to keep the hoodie and a new one would be sent at no addional cost! Amazing customer service! What a kind and professional staff at TeePublic! I am sharing their good will on my social media! Don't delay, shop today! Donna, Chicago burbs
Terrible quality, Zero customer service. They will not except returns for any reason. They will respond with "Dear customer, we will happily return..." Nope. That is to make potential customers believe they are not selling junk.
IT'S A TRAP!
For two years in a row now, I've ordered 3-4 T-shirts from TeePublic to put in each of my sons' (one 10 yrs old and one 12 yrs old) Christmas stockings. They absolutely LOVE seeing what I picked out, based on their various loves of basketball, Stranger Things, The Office, etc., and I love that I have secretly just bought them a bunch of school clothes that I tricked them into thinking are gifts. Those two little suckers! Seriously, though, it's an affordable way to make them happy *and* get them new clothes. And the bonus is that if you order the wrong size, or the color doesn't look like what it did on the website, you just write to TeePublic and they basically fix your problem within a day and for free. I'm not kidding. This happened with one item last year, and I was shocked at how easy it was to correct the error—which, by the way, was my error, not theirs. This year I thought the color of one T-shirt wasn't correctly represented, so I wrote a note and the T-shirt was reordered in a different color immediately. There was a slight upcharge ($3) on the new T-shirt I wanted, but I was only charged that and no additional shipping. And all of it happened within the span of a couple of hours. As long as I keep having these great experiences, I will absolutely keep buying T-shirts for my kids' stockings every year. I really like knowing that not only are the shirts great and affordable, but that if there are any issues with them, the fix is fast and easy. Thanks, TeePublic!
Good old fashioned customer service! I had some issues & questions regarding the billing & shipping of my order. They responded immediately. I then had some concerns with one of the items I ordered. Since a change was not possible they issued a cancellation of that item with a refund to follow. Again, responded immediately. I wish more businesses were run this way! Outstanding!
I had ordered a T-shirt for my uncle for Christmas. After I realized I had ordered the wrong size. On their website it says you can edit na order within 2 hours but it had already been overnight and into the next day! So I emailed them and asked if I could change the size. They got back to me within the hour! And happily changed the size for me! They were very friendly, accommodating and as a courtesy didn't charge me for the upgrade. Thank you so much! I spoke to Frances who was very pleasant. I have already told my friends and family about them and put in two more orders! Thank you!
I ordered the wrong size and they immediately sent me a replacement without question. They als asked me to donate the original rather then send it back to them. Excellent customer service and a very caring company!
I love all my sweatshirts! They are really, really comfortable! The selection is great and the service is wonderful. I have ordered 3 orders totaling 9 shirts and love every one of them. I actually do love it so much that I want to tell the world!
I placed and order- had an error pop up and the process stopped. I figured nothing went through- well the money was taken from my account but no order was placed for my product.
I ordered 6 sweatshirts that were the wrong size (my error) and sent an email on a Sunday morning asking if I could exchange them. Within 10 minutes I was replied to and told new shirts were on the way. There was no need to send back my original ones and that I should donate them to charity. I couldn't believe it! I have honestly never been treated so well by a company. I am in shock!
I've always been leery of ordering clothes on-line, but with the pandemic, it's almost become a must now. After looking at the Teepublic site, I saw many, many rock band T shirts that looked like a must have, many more offered than any other site I could find, and with the sale going on, I figured I'd give them a shot. Even during the pandemic with the post office running with a skeleton crew, and Christmas fast approaching, all 8 of them arrived within 10 days; and they are beautiful. Bright colors, nicely done on the shirts, they are straight and centered (which is harder to find than you might think). It's also really great to be able to choose your color (let's face it, most rock band T shirts are black). Great shirts, great price, great customer service.
My product had a few white patches with no ink, so i contacted customer support, and they are sending me a whole new product and I don't have to go through the hassle of a return. They were so nice about it too! 5/5
I ordered a few shirts and a couple of the sizes were a little too small so I requested an exchange. They contacted me back right away and immediately shipped me the larger sizes. A+++ Thank you.
I ordered a t-shirt as a gift but upon opening I realised it was too small for the person I purchased for. I contacted the team to exchange but they kindly sent out another size with no extra cost and allowed me to keep the original purchase which I'll be donating. Thanks again!
So it's 2020, and I think we can all agree, we've had a rough time of it. I find this nifty site, see a few shirts that tickle my fancy, and they got them in my size (I'm a pretty big fella so that doesn't always happen). I hit order, it gets going, and eventually I get an email saying the shirts don't come in my size in the option requested (heavy duty fabric). Instead of being salty I just politely ask if we can do it in regular fabric instead (as that also listed my size). Not only do they say yes and get it going without issue, they give me better shipping free of charge. Now, instead of being bummed, I'm telling you this and I'm probably going to go back for a few more shirts. That's customer service done right.
The shirt I ordered had an imperfection on it. I sent an email and attached a photo of the issue. To my GREAT surprise within a couple of hours TeePublic responded with their apologies and another shirt is on the way. As an added bonus I was not even asked to send the original shirt back. Although I had an problem, I could not have asked for a better resolution and not to mention exceptional customer service. I will be a repeat customer for sure.
I appreciate the way Tee Public rectifies any issues with delivered order or issues in general. Extremely pleased with a customer support issue that was corrected in warp speed!
I will continue to support this company for many reasons - the plethora of designs are very fascinating, so many shirts speak to me! Also importantly, the quality and comfort level of the t shirts are seriously some of the best I've ever received.
I ordered a hoodie for a christmas gift. They sent me the wrong size, but the product is paper thin and will probably rip if you drop it on the floor. To top it off the printing is dull and wavy, the chemical smell that came off of this shirt not only caused a major headache but my eyes burned like crazy after opening the package.
Its absolute garbage. Oh and no refund or anything and i spent $50!
I felt compelled to write a review because of the excellent customer service experience I received. This is my second time purchasing merchandise from TeePublic. The ‘Classic Hoodie' looks great and feels comfortable. Unfortunately, the design on my hoodie had smeared a bit. I informed TeePublic of the quality issue. A representative, quickly reached out to me and issued a replacement. Love this website.
I ordered a wonderfully designed and unique T-shirt a month or so ago, and when it arrived I realized I had ordered the wrong size. I wrote asking about the possibility of an exchange. They immediately sent a replacement shirt in the correct size and told me there was no need to send the other one back. In this age of Pandemic when everything is going wonky, I was thrilled with the extremely fast customer service! And I love the shirt!
I bought a shirt from them, after I got the package I realized the shirt was too large so I asked to exchange the shirt I have for a small and they said they would send me another one and that I could keep the one that I already have the shirt should be coming the mail in a week or two.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
