I made a mistake while placing an order and did not realize until I received it. Customer service sent me a replacement at no charge! I didn't even ask!
I can't thank TeePublic enough for their prompt reply when I had ordered my son's hoodie the wrong size. Not only are they sending me another one but they told me to keep the original one at no extra cost. WOW! Now, I am able to give the small one to my grandson. Such a win win for me. They will be getting my business again!
Quality product and great customer service. It is always hard determining the fit for a growing 12 year old. The item came as expected but, of course, too small. I contacted customer service through their website. Within 10 minutes I had a response via email with the new size already in process to ship to me... say what? Happy customer, and plan to order from them again.
Great customer service! Love the Tee-shirts... They were very easy to work with, had a minor issue with sizing, but they fixed the issue immediately! Will definitely order from them again!

I ordered my daughter a shirt that she wanted, came in and the size was off. (My fault). I sent an email about returning this and customer service ordered me a new one at no charge and sent a conformation within minutes. They then sent a follow-up email telling me to keep/donate the smaller sized one. No questions asked, extremely nice and professional. HIGHLY recommend..
I placed an order and got the wrong one. I emailed them and within minutes I had a response and a new one was on the way!
I've used this site several times for shirts and have never been disappointed. The one time I ever had an issue with an order they were quick to get back to me and resolved the issue with no hassle at all. I would highly recommend Teepublic!

Although I very infrequently write reviews, I felt that it was necessary to do so to speak to the excellent customer service of TeePublic. I ordered a sweatshirt and tee-shirt for my son for Christmas ($50). It arrived today and I realized that they would both be too small. After requesting an exchange, I was immediately emailed back by their customer service team who told me that I could "keep, donate or reuse" the items. The generosity and stellar customer service blew me away. Additionally, the sweatshirt and tee-shirt (Lamelo Ball) are awesome-great quality and unique print. I am very satisfied!
So quick and helpful! I ordered the wrong size for Christmas gifts (bummer because the shirts are so nice). I contacted customer service to see if I could exchange them and within an hour, I had a response telling me they were shipping the right sizes. So easy! I'm so grateful. Thanks for the help!
We use TeePublic to sell "swag" with our company's info on it. We've had 2 small issues and found their customer service quick to resolve any problems. Every company has hiccups sometimes, but how they handle them is the measure of their organization. TeePublic passes this "test" with flying colors!
I placed my first order with TeePublic and was absolutely blown away by their amazing customer service, friendly team members, and great products. They were eager to help and provided quick, professional, and helpful responses to all of my questions. I have literally never had a company email me back so quickly and take care of all of my needs without me having to even ask! I could not locate the size chart and they emailed it to me right away. I also wasn't sure about how to exchange an item for a different size and they handled it all for me, without me having to stress about any of it. I truly appreciate such a great experience and will definitely be shopping here again! Very pleased. I purchased a shirt for the first time for my daughter. It arrived quickly however it was cut small and definitely would not fit. I contacted teepublic to exchange the shirt and to my surprise, not only did they respond almost immediately, they sent a new shirt and told me to keep or donate the one I purchased. Wow! What great customer service! So good that I ordered two more shirts for my daughter! The T-shirt quality is great and she loves it! Thank you Tee public. You will be my new go to site. I was really impressed with TeePublic's quick response to my issues with their sizing. They immediately got back to me and though they don't issue returns they were more than happy to compensate me with a different size with no expectation of payment. You can donate, give away, etc. I gave the T shirts to my daughters who loved them. We look forward to continuing to do business with them in the near future and supporting their company.
I have ordered from TeePublic a few times and every single time my order was shipped and received in a very fair amount of time. Even during the issues Covid has presented, I have received the same service I did prior to such things. I have ordered well over a dozen shirts from them and have only had 2 that had some flaw. TeePublic was able to help resolve the issue kindly, courteously, and rapidly. Extremely satisfied with the concept, the product, and the company.
The imitation leather jackets are of poor quality, cheaper printing, are chemically toxic. Dealer does not take back goods. Very dubious!
I had a really positive experience with TeePublic- I found them by chance online, in search of customizing some clothing as a gift. First of all, I had very specific music artists in mind which I wanted printed up swiftly- and they had a huge range of pictures of pretty much any icon you could wish for. Secondly, a good range of products to choose from. I also liked the fact they support independent artists. But more importantly, the email response time was immediate, the follow-up was great, and they were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely order from TeePublic again- and the quality of the gifts I purchased is really good.

Unfortunately I made a mistake with the size. Camelia processed my return quickly. I will be ordering more in the near future.
Initially I was concerned with the quality of the shirts but after washing they look great. One shirt didn't fit and one has a small black smudge on the decal that didn't wash off but overall I am happy with my purchase. Is there a phone number for customer service?
This was my first order from TeePublic. The t-shirts are so thin!. Sorta mis-shapen as well. Of the 7 that I ordered, I think the children"s sizes are probably the only ones that I will even give as gifts. This is not a good t-shirt quality. I didn't expect heavyweight but this quality is far below any T-shirt I have ever had. I am very disappointed. I love the designs and I had no issues with ordering or receiving the order. Just a quality issue which is very important especially as I had intended to give them as gifts. I can't imagine what will happen to these in the wash. I would strongly suggest that the company insist on a decent fabric because this was pretty much a total waste for me.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
