I ordered a T-shirt and the shipper, not TeePublic, lost it. TeePublic immediately offered to replace it. After I told TeePublic to wait while I inquired with the shipper, TeePublic would check with me to confirm delivery. The moment I told TeePublic that shipper had not come through they replaced my shirt with upgraded shipping at no cost to me. I didn't have to ask or contact them. They took the initiative.
I ordered this V necked T shirt for a friend of mine. She usually wears a Xlarge and since it was a gift I did not want to have to ask her t measure herself so I bought her normal size. I would recommend you purchase at least one size up because when I had my granddaughter who wears the same size try it on and it was skin tight. I contacted the company and they are sending another shirt because I really do like the shirt and saying. I decided to order a 3X because my friend doesn't like tight fitting clothes but was told they don't carry the v neck in 3X so I ordered a men's 2x and hoping that will work, better too big than too tight! Their responses have been within 24 hours. Packaging was fine and it arrived within time frame specified. I would order from them again.
So impressed with this company. When I ordered my shirt I didn't understand that it was the censored version. Since it was for an adult costume it wouldn't look right. When I called I was prepared for an argument, but the process was easy. They immediately agreed to replace the shirt. Customer service DOES still exist and this company just proved it! Can't wait to order more!
I would highly recommend using TeePublic. Even before ordering, they answered three of my emails with questions right away and when I unfortunately ordered the wrong size T-shirt, they rectified the situation and sent out the corrected size within an hour!
I rarely leave reviews, but after my experience today, I just had to. I recently received 3 t-shirts from Tee Public I was giving as gifts. They arrived quickly and the shirts and imprinting were of good quality. However, I realized I should have ordered larger sizes. I reached out to the company and they responded back right away and are sending me 3 larger sizes. I will not go into detail, as I don't want anyone taking advantage of this company, but let me just say I was blown away by the positive, kind way they handled things. They seem like a "pay it forward" type of company, and I'm very impressed with that. Great quality shirts and outstanding customer service. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from them again.
I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service I received from Teepublic after I made a catalogue of errors with my order! I chose one design, ordered it, then changed my mind. After using the 'Contact Us' option, the order was promptly cancelled. I ordered a further two tee-shirts, but when they arrived, they were smaller than I'd anticipated (again, my mistake). I contacted customer service again to arrange an exchange and was told that was no problem and, as a courtesy, I could keep the original two tee-shirts. Every time I contact this company, I receive a very prompt, friendly and professional reply by email. At this time of year and in the current Covid-19 climate, anything that reduces our stress is most welcome. Delivery is very quick and the quality of the tee-shirts is very good. I highly recommend Teepublic and will definitely purchase from them again.

I ordered a shirt from Teepublic and when I had a question about the order I sent an e-mail. It was promptly answered I n a kind and courteous manner. A few days later I received the item and it was exactly what I ordered and expected. So excited to give it to our daughter-in-law for Christmas. Thank you for being a small business that is a breath of fresh air in our fast paced world.
They sent me the wrong design and refused to refund me my money. They are thieves! Poor customer service!
We love our elf t-shirts! They're so cute and so soft and comfy! We ordered them for our whole family to wear for our virtual Christmas since we can't all be together this year. So this is a fun family bonding t-shirt experience! I've already washed them, and they look great and run they're to size. Love the way they feel! So cute!

A friend purchased a t-shirt about feral cats and posted a picture of her wearing it on Facebook. I had to search for one because I also care for a colony of community cats. That was how I first came across TeePublic. I decided to give the company a try. I was impressed with the selection -- TeePublic seemed to have something for everyone -- and bought two shirts in addition to the one I went to the site to buy. I gave one to a delighted friend, loved my long-sleeve version of the feral cats shirt, and found the third was too big. I contacted customer service to arrange an exchange. The representatives were friendly and exceptionally helpful. My correct size is on the way and I'm excited for it to arrive. In the meantime, I washed my long-sleeve shirt and was glad to see the quality held up after going through the washer. I bought two additional shirts for a friend's birthday. I have been very pleased with TeePublic.
I purchased a hard to find Hunter x Hunter hoodie as a gift. My item was shipped out quickly but due to a UPS debacle it appeared my item was lost and due to Covid-19 I had great difficulty trying to file a claim so I reached out directly to TeePublic. To my surprise they responded within 12 hrs and were quick to help resolve my issue.
I am unsure what happened but can only advise that I received my hoodie almost immediately thereafter. The hoodie looks great. I will definitely purchase from this vendor again. They have a plethora of designs and lots of color choices, quick service and are excellent communicators. I recommend this store.
I optimistically ordered a tee shirt for my wife mid November, hoping it would get to Australia before Xmas. I didn't get a confirmation email and didn't remember to chase it up until early Dec. I realised I had made a typo in my email address, but the fact that there was no record at all of my order number was a worry. Followed up with their zendesk support. Got a reply and confirmation from other side of world within an hour. That was a big relief, but couldn't believe it when package arrived the next day here in South Australia, on a Sunday! Honest, helpful and friendly service. Will use again.
I ordered 2 tee shirts for Christmas, I even ordered a size larger for shrinkage as they suggested. When they arrived I was suprised to see how thin and see through the fabric was and even though I ordered a size bigger they were running so small they will not fit.
Hi, we ordered 4 t-shirts. When deliverd, they were far to small (measures not correct). Whitin a fel hours, I get an answer and new t-shirts were sent for free. Neve before such a service on line. We will order surely again! Top, superb!
I ordered 12 shirts for Christmas presents and they came in about 10 days. There are an EXCESSIVE number of interesting designs, fabric colors and styles available, it's remarkable. They pay the contributing artists well, which is important to me. Really good printing on high quality Canvas brand shirts. The cloth is soft and the cuts are very nice. One was accidentally ordered in an incorrect size, and they replaced it promptly at no charge, and let me keep the wrong one, even though it was my mistake! Cannot recommend this company enough!
I ordered a hoodie for my cousin and I needed it by the 20th. However I forgot to read the fact that it was shipping in business days and that it would not be here by the 20th. I needed the gift urgently so I contacted them to see if I could do anything about it. They communicated with me and at the end helped me cancel my order and refund my money. They were extremely nice and understanding. They also replied surprisingly fast. Faster than many other companies. Overall I had a great experience!
I recently placed an order with TeePublic for two t-shirts and a sweatshirt. One of the t-shirts and the sweatshirt were too small. I reached out to Customer Service to start the process for an exchange, and the representative voluntarily sent a new t-shirt and sweatshirt in the size I needed, and told me to regift the previous t-shirt and sweatshirt to someone else, which is what I will do for Christmas! The sweatshirt is VERY soft and cozy, and the t-shirt is nice and long, which is perfect for me since I have a long torso for a woman at 5'11". Thank you TeePublic for a place to order unique products and apparel, and also for going above and beyond with your customer service! I plan to order from you again.:-)
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
