I'm truly thrilled with the awesome (and unexpected) customer service I experienced. My tshirt was too small (my fault for not measuring a shirt that I already own and comparing it to the guide they have listed.) I wrote to customer service who, in turn, answered promptly via email. They exchanged my shirt for another size and because these shirts went on sale a day or two after I originally ordered mine, they refunded me a bit of money as well. Truly happy with this merchant and will order more shirts from them in the future.

I'm always a bit weary when buying off a site for the first time. I have to say I'd definitely buy from teepublic again. Ordering was easy, I'd been searching for a particular design hoodie (surf Arrakis) but could only find to buy from the USA. When I found this site and went to checkout it said dispatched from the UK so I thought I'd give it a try. The order was processed and dispatched within a couple days and arrived really quickly (post can be quite slow sometimes in the Channel Islands). The hoodie and design is high quality and a comfy fit so overall really happy with my purchase.
Design and writing is super faded. I will probably throw it in the trash as I will be very ashamed to use during my Marines' son graduation! I refund will be very appreciated
My account with my own designs (selfmade on my ipad, no reference to any other brands, nothing bad, just floral design) has been deleted without any warnings. I should have taken the bad reviews seriously
When there is a delivery error, through no fault of the purchaser and you're promise that a refund has been issued and it never comes, that is customer "service" at it's worst. My first and last time doing business with them. And unresponsive to follow up refund status inquires. Beware if you have an order issue.
On my first order of 3 heavyweight t-shirts, I had to estimate my size since I obviously couldn't try them on. When I received my order, I underestimated my size. I contacted Customer Service via e-mail and it was answered within 24 hours. They replaced my order, no questions asked! I received the replacement order in 4 days. Because of their excellent customer service, I immediately placed another order with complete confidence with this company.
Note: If you ordering (heavyweight material) for the first time and you are "between sizes", order the next size up.

I have ordered many a T-Shirt from many a website. Some of them were good. Some were okay. Some sucked. In most cases, a simple request for extra information about a shirt I was interested in (which required navigating an infinite labyrinth of dropdown menus just to ask what material the shirt was made from, or the technique by which the design was applied) was returned with an automated answer, a best guess by someone who had not been provided with training or education about the matter, or no response at all. I have also been stuck with inferior T-shirts, botched applications, or months-long waits for the shirts to be printed or shipped that led me to cancel orders. But, I guess that's the gamble.
With TeePublic, I am a happy customer for life. You are not gambling with TeePublic. You are investing in a high-quality product that they stand by with superlative customer service.
I recently ordered a total of eight carefully selected T-shirts from them. The store is easy to navigate, super-fun to browse, and provides all of the information you need. They arrived quickly and were of excellent quality except for one. I contacted them about the flaw in the shirt and received a personal reply within 24 hours. They investigated the flaw, found its cause, reported back to me, and bent over backward to make it right. They were patient, understanding, kept up continued communication throughout the process and took great care of me. I have never had online customer service that was so personal, positive, and genuine.

I have ordered from TeePublic several times and they never let me down. I received 4 shirts in wrong color and I reached out to the customer service and they were very quick in resolving the issue. They had the right color processed to send out to me the very same day!
This company is the BEST! I've ordered many products from TeePublic and they have bent over backwards to make my experience truly amazing. I had an issue with the sizing on one of my orders. It seems that one style of shirt fits me better than the others. I emailed them and they got back to me immediately, took care of my issues, sent me 6 new shirts (I ordered 12 shirts…) and even REFUNDED ME THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE ON THE NEW ORDER! Now check this out…. My new order was actually STOLEN RIGHT OFF OF THE MAIL TRUCK THE DAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TO ME! So once again I emailed them and explained my situation. I told them I'd order AND PAY FOR the 6 shirts because this wasn't their fault and I was happy to pay for the remaining…. SO…. They sent me the 6 shirts, AGAIN, and didn't charge me anything. You don't see customer service like this anymore. So I've told friends and family and they have all ordered items as well. I am a customer for life.
I ordered an XL tee shirt but unfortunately it was too small. I was so disappointed because I knew it was probably going to be a hassle returning it and basically starting over getting a new one. I used the website and explained my problem and within 24 hours my email was answered telling me a replacement in a larger size was on the way AND I could just keep the original one that wasn't going to work out. What a relief! The quality of the shirt as well as the color is definitely a "10" on a scale of 1-10. I also had ordered a tote bag and it was exactly what I hoped for. I would recommend this company any time you may need a tee shirt for a special occasion or a special someone!
A few weeks age, I ordered T-shirts from TeePublic. When I placed the order, I mistakenly put the wrong size on one of the shirts. Within hours of reporting this to TeePublic, they looked after my dilemma by sending me another shirt in the size I needed.
Unbelievable! I will highly recommend this company to anyone wanting quality merchandise and service.

I am 5'6" 130lbs
Size is great, little long but slim fitting, just how I wanted it. However the color was not what I expected. I reached out to customer service and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. I am able to get the color I would like at no extra cost! Will definitely use them again in the future
I purchase a T-shirt and a mask I received a t-shirt never received the mask I emailed them they told me it's on its way better get another email stating that it arrived it was only the T-shirt I don't think I would ever order from them again
I have been a customer and fan for years and have purchased many quality t-shirts from Tee Public. The variety of designs and amazing value for money made me a regular buyer. This company has the most communicative and best customer service of any online store I shop at. Before I came across Tee Public, I never was much of a novelty tee shirt wearer since almost everyone wears the same old, standard logos found everywhere. This site has a great selection of topics unique to anyone's personality, created by independent gifted artists who receive a commission when you choose their designs! In a world of big box stores, I truly appreciate a community-oriented company that supports independent artists! An added plus is that Tee Public has a large range of color options so mixing logos you've selected with colors you like is half the fun in making a shirt a true expression of your individuality! After decades of never wearing logo tees, I am hooked now that I can customize tees that reflect my individuality and interests! I've purchased over 20 within the past few months and always get compliments on the them. Their classic tee is quality, breathable, cotton blend, launders well, minimum to no shrinkage, and is very soft & comfortable! One specific tee logo I ordered had an uncommon pre-production typo error which I didn't notice until after the shirt arrived, but I took a photo, notified customer service of the error, and they took care of it immediately within the same day. They even offered to let me make another selection to replace the defective one at no cost! Again, so many fun & cool logo designs that it's likely I"ll end up with enough tees that I won't have to do laundry for months! LOL. I highly recommend Tee Public! Great creative & unique logos, the fun of customizing your own look, quality products and great customer service! What's not to love?
I ordered a tapestry on the site, and it was printed incorrectly. However, after emailing the company they quickly replaced it with a perfect product free of charge. Will order from teepublic in the future!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
