I HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY ORIGINAL ORDER. I reached out to Tee Public's customer support. I explained my issues and they took care of my issue and sent me replacement items free of charge! Totally no hassle and I am completely satisfied with my new items and will definitely order from this site again!
I placed an order for Christmas gifts and after I placed the order I realized I had ordered all the Tee's in the wrong size. I tried to go back an edit the order right away but couldn't. I emailed the company explaining what happened and within the time I had sent out the email and woke up the next morning, I had a NEW confirmation number and a new invoice with all the correct sizes!
Was very pleased at how easy and quickly customer service took care of my issue before the items went to print!
I purchased a shirt that ended up being too small. I reached out to Teepublic customer service and was told they'd ship me a new one and to keep the original one I'd purchased! Their response time was great and the representatives were very friendly. What a great company!
I ordered a male Medium Size which is usually the right size. Well, it was a bit on the small size. I wrote back to ask for a return and to my greatest surprise I was told that I will get a size Large send for no extra cost and on top of it can keep, donate or reuse the Size I would have to send back as a return.

First time order and it came in quite small, I requested an exchange and they were really quick to respond. When they said I could keep the original order and they'd send a new one in a bigger size free of charge I couldn't quite believe it! The T-shirt itself was great quality so I'm looking forward to gifting someone the smaller size

I ordered three really cool t shirts that I was looking forward to wearing. I chose the extra soft cotton style and when they arrived I loved the feel of the shirts and the prints were exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately they didn't fit the way I'd hoped and were just a bit too tight. My husband suggested I email them and I did, explaining the fit issue. In less than 24 hours they re-submitted my order for brand new shirts in the new size, and they told me I could keep the old shirts to donate or use however I wanted. I am so pleased and will definitely order from them again.

I ordered a T Shirt from TeePublic that turned out to be too small. I emailed them asking how to go about exchanging it for a larger size and they responded back to me within minutes. They gave clear, simple instructions and advised that my new order was already being processed! I didn't even have to go through the hassle of returning the first one. I love my TeePublic t-shirt. Especially since it's an artist designed item. My daughter in law is an artist! But it ran small & I reached out for an exchange. With in the hour my exchange was completed. I even get to donate the tee that didn't fit. Win-Win!

My sister sent me an awesome Jim Henson shirt as a gift. The shirt was a size too small, so I contacted customer service. They were awesome, got back to me right away and sent a size up. TeePublic has fantastic customer service.

I ordered a T-shirt for my niece but got confused with the sizes and ended up ordering a shirt that was far too small. I got in touch to see if I could exchange it and got a super friendly and helpful email back within minutes, advising me on how to choose the right size and immediately actioned a new T-shirt to be sent to me. And rather than making me send the old one back, they said I could keep it and maybe donate it or give it to someone else. So lovely. I'll definitely be ordering from you again.
This company won't stand-by their artists. Can't receive a refund and what I purchased wasn't inexpensive. Instead, they said the artist will fix it. Received another even worse. Can't get a refund. Won't ever purchase from this company again!

The other day I ordered 4 sweatshirt crewnecks. My size is a large at basically every clothing store/brand so I ordered that size. When they arrived I tried them on and they were a little snug. I could have just wore them but I knew after 1 wash it was game over and I would never fit in them again. So I reached out to the company about getting an exchange. It was the easiest exchange I have ever done In my life. I filled out a super short questionnaire detailing the issue. Within 30 minutes I received a response from Samuel in customer service. He informed me that he confirmed a new order of the same merchandise in XL. I was super happy! Unlike most places I was expecting to be emailed a shipping label so I can return the merchandise. To my surprise they informed me to keep the clothes and donate the them if I could to someone in need or pass it along to a friend. Seriously the best customer service ever and now someone else can enjoy the sweatshirt crewnecks. I highly recommend shopping with TeePublic! My only advice is if you're buying a crewneck sweatshirt order 1 size larger.

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
